Item Description:- Supply Of Diesel Driven Non Ac Road Vehicle (tata Sumo, Scorpio, Xylo Etc.,) In Working Condition On Hire Basis To Run Cumulative Total Of 2600 Km/month For The Use Of Officers Under The Control Of Dy.ce/gci/ Tpj Along With Diesel, Lubricating Oil, Drivers, Spare Tyre, Consumables, Salaries, Repair/ Overhauling Charges, Taxes, Etc., And With Tamilnadu & State Permits And To Run 12 Hours/day And 6 Days In A Week And As Directed By The Engineer-in-charge. Note: I) Contractor Should Arrange Required Number Of Vehicles As Instructed By Railways. Ii) Payment Will Be Based On Actual Kilometer Running As Shown By The Speedometer Reading And Recorded In Log Book. Iii) Total Number Of Kilometer Run In One Month Will Be Taken For Payment. Iv) Contractor Will Be Paid By The Rate Accepted Vide Item No.1, Even Though The Total Cumulative Running Kilometers Are Less Than 2600 Km In A Month. Iii) Any Extra Kilometer Run More Than 2600 Km Per Month (after Calculating Total Kilometers Run In That Month) Will Be Paid Separately In Another Item. Iv) The Vehicle Must Be Of Make No Earlier Than The Year January 2016
