What is IREPS? How to Login

Registration on IREPS

Before you can log in, you need to register as a vendor/contractor on IREPS. Follow these steps:

1. Submit a Registration Request

• Visit the IREPS portal: www.ireps.gov.in.
• Click on "New Vendors/Contractors (E-Tender)" under the Quick Links section.
• Before proceeding, ensure you have:
  • A Digital Signing Certificate (DSC) from a licensed certifying agency in India. You can find a list of approved agencies on www.cca.gov.in.
  • Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed on your system. If Java is missing or corrupt, you may encounter errors during registration.
• Click "Initiate Registration Request" and then "Proceed".
• Insert your Digital Signing Certificate (DSC) in your USB drive.
• Select your firm’s DSC and click "Select" to open the registration form.

2. Fill the Registration Form

The registration form has multiple tabs that must be completed one by one:

• Basic Details: Put your company’s name, address, primary user details, and the type of work you intend to apply for.
  • The primary user is the main account holder who can add secondary users to manage bids.
  • Registration can be done for different modules, such as Goods & Services, Works, and Earning Tenders.
• Constitution: Specify your firm type (Company, Partnership, Proprietorship, etc.), and enter relevant details such as partner names or director details.
• Approvals: Enter statutory approvals and registrations that you have obtained from different agencies.
• Statutory Information: Provide GST, PAN, and registration details (mandatory for Indian companies).
• Upload Documents: Upload supporting documents that are asked. Ensure you use the correct formats to avoid rejection.
• Sign & Submit: Once all details are filled, review the information and click "Sign & Submit" using your DSC.
  
  

3. Check Registration Status

• You can track your registration by selecting "View Status of my registration request" on the IREPS portal.
• If all details are correct, approval usually takes 3-4 working days. But if there’s a mistake in your documents, it’ll take longer. If something’s wrong, you’ll have to fix it and try again.
• Once approved, you will get a confirmation email with your login credentials.

IREPS Login Stepwise Process

Follow these step-by-step instructions to log in to IREPS:

Step 1: Visit the IREPS Portal

• First, you have to open the IREPS website. Open your web browser and go to www.ireps.gov.in.
• On the homepage, locate the "Login" button.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Credentials

• Click on the "Login" button. Enter your IREPS login ID and password.

Step 3: Use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

• You will have to connect your DSC device, which the system will verify. Click on the "Sign In with DSC" button and after that choose the registered certificate.
• If prompted, enter your DSC PIN and allow the system to verify your credentials.

Step 4: Complete CAPTCHA Verification

• Enter the CAPTCHA code displayed on the screen to proceed.
• Click the "Submit" button.

Step 5: Access the IREPS Dashboard

• After successful authentication, you will be redirected to your vendor dashboard.
• Here, you can see active tenders, track your bids, and get IREPS tender updates.

Common IREPS Login Issues & Troubleshooting

If you are finding it difficult to log into IREPS, try the following solutions to common problems:

1. Forgot Password?
   • Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page.
   • Enter your registered email ID and follow the instructions as given to reset your password.
2. DSC Not Detected?
   • If your DSC isn’t detected, it could be because you haven’t installed the right software.
   • Ensure that your DSC is properly connected. Install the latest DSC drivers and restart your browser.
3. CAPTCHA Not Working?
   • Refresh the page and try entering the CAPTCHA again.
   • Ensure your browser supports JavaScript.
4. Account Locked Due to Multiple Failed Attempts?
   • Wait for 30 minutes and try again.
   • If the issue still remains, try to contact IREPS customer support.
