Description: Negotiated award with public competition (service) Extension of the primary school in the Sindlinger Wiesen, TGA II The services to be provided include the scope of services for technical equipment, Section 55 Hoai, system groups (Section 53 Hoai): 4. High-voltage systems, 5. Telecommunications and information technology systems, 6. Conveyor systems, eligible costs (from cost group 400, DIN 276) according to Section 54 Hoai approx. 507,795.37 EUR (shares of the system groups: 4 = 76.47%, 5 = 11.76%, 6 = 11.76%). The primary school in Sindlinger Wiesen is currently set up with 304 students and 15 classes at 3.75 speeds. In addition, there is an intensive class and a preparatory class with around 30 more students. Two smaller residential areas are being implemented in the school area, which will increase the school's classroom requirements with an entry level to 18 classrooms in the future. The school currently has a total of 16 classrooms available for lessons. The Main-Taunus district has taken over responsibility for school child care for the 2023/24 school year. At present, care takes place in two classrooms and in containers rented from the city of Kelkheim, some of which are in very poor structural condition. The very small cafeteria is also housed in a container, which is not sufficient in view of the legal entitlement and the increasing number of students. Currently, due to the space capacity, only around 48% of the students in the care can be looked after. To make matters worse, the lunch supply capacity is already inadequate and therefore not all of the children in care can receive lunch. An internal feasibility study determined that a structural extension of around 1,600 m² would provide the necessary spatial capacity for a 4.5-stream and modern educational school concept as well as 100% care on site. The extension is to be built in passive house style and subsidized. The standards of the Main-Taunus district must be observed and included in the planning. The building is to be barrier-free. There are plans to install a cistern for rainwater, which is to be used to flush the toilet. It must be checked whether the heat can be supplied via the existing heating system. The extension will have a photovoltaic system on the roof and on the existing building and an elevator. A central ventilation system with source outlets and heat recovery without recirculation is to be planned with electronic individual room control to regulate the room temperature and the air volumes for the rooms depending on the CO2 concentration. Night cooling is also to be implemented. The Nshv is to be expanded. All classrooms will have sinks. A cook and chill kitchen is to be planned for food supply. The measure will be carried out during ongoing operations and is to be planned in such a way that school operations can continue. Since a container system has already been built on the school property as an interim measure, it is important to keep the schoolyard area as large as possible and to plan the construction site area with construction site equipment as small as possible. Due to the construction of the extension, the outside areas have to be restructured and built. The area of the interim measure is to be restored. Planners are sought for Lp 1 - 9. However, the client reserves the right to assign further services - individually or as a whole - to the engineer during the continuation of the planning and implementation of the construction project in service phases 4-9 in accordance with Section 55 and Appendix 15 No. 15.1 Hoai. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of these services.
