Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen i/c Tack Coat @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Providing and laying Seal Coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 in pavement as per design thick for c.c. road coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity &appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material & concrete etc. as per new Item 4 Ch 20 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation treches as per S.I. No. 251 (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundation i/c supply of all material, labour & T&P required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 281 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

M-150 Brick Work in One part cement and Three part Course sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work as per SI.No. 2 of new item of chapter 6 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work SI.NO. 583 (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge stone grit / single course sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work SI.No. 279 (a) (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)
