(K.oil, black oil, Grease etc. is to be arranged by contractor at his own cost), providing spherical washers and provision of correct expansion gaps according to standard temperature 3 prevailing at the time of linking including free lead upto 500 meter for all PRC sleepers, switches, crossing, lead rail, leading of all P. way fittings from site store of the contractor at respective station or lying in the Section, with all lead, lift, ascent, descent or any other obstruction, handling, re-handling, crossing of line etc. in station yard on new/existing formation as required including dressing and rolling of previously laid track ballast of required cushion, katcha packing & required grading with ballast to bring track to fairly good geometry and final tolerance as per special tender conditions and specifications in non-running track. The item includes fixing of hand lever for movement of switches and movement from signal point of view and setting properly where it is required, Machinery work for cutting of stud bolts/stretcher bar bolt up to required depth for proper opening and housing of points and crossing. Bolts will be supplied free of cost from the store of SSE/C/P. Way at site etc. including all labour and materials as a complete job. Necessary S & T Fitness of Switches have to be made with the S & T Department and provide necessary assistance to S & T Department.Note: - (i)The work of assembling, linking and laying shall be done during before non-interlocking or pre non-interlocking period. (ii)The Item includes fixing of Hand Lever for movement of Switch and movement from Signal point of view and setting properly where it is required. (iii)25% payment will be made after linking and joint S&T fitness of switch on cess before Pre interlocking periods.
