Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - - Upto Basement

Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification

Removal of excess earth 2km away from site using tipper lorries including loading and unloading charges and all labour charges as instructed by the Departmental Offices etc,complete as per standard specifications .

Supply and Fixing of 110mm Dia PVC Pipe of 10KSC, to fixed on the side walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification

Hire Charges for Engaging the Dewatering pumps of 5.0Hp Disel Pump Set for removing the staged water in the existing Drains. The Cost Shall inclusive of all charges such as fuel, lubricant and Driver, Cleaner Bata etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick Bitumen Pad for the Expansion Joint in Vertical to the required thickness of good quality. The rate shall inclusive of all charges such as labour charges, cutting charges etc, complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of 600mm X 600mm Fibre Reinforced Concrete Frame and Cover as per Type HD - 20, IS 12592, Part 1 & 2, including the cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for fixing, laying and curing charges etc complete as per standard specification
