Weld Mesh Panels :Weld Mesh Panels should be produced by electrical resistance welded galvanized wires and subsequently powder coated as per below spec. Weld mesh panel for fence will meet the standards of EN 10223-7 with the following key specifications apart from the other points in the governing specification: Panel size: 2667 mm X 955 mm (W x H). Tolerance of + / - 2 % Mesh Size: 76.2 mm X 12.7 mm (W X H). Tolerance of + / - 2 mm Weld Shear strength: Minimum 50 % of the breaking strength of the smallest wire (In this case the vertical wire) Panel weight: 24.05 Kgs + /- 5 % Mesh Wire: Galvanised MS wire Horizontal wire, Dia. 4.0 mm (+/- 0.05mm): Vertical wire, Dia. 4.0 mm(+/-0.05mm) Tensile Strength of wire: Min 500 N/sq.mm Specification for wire: IS 280 Galvanising of wire: 40 – 50 GSM as per IS 4826 (Measurement as per IS 6745) Uniformity of Coating: As per IS 2633 Adhesion test for coating: As per IS 6745 Powder Coating: The galvanized panels are subsequently powder coated after welding with a thickness of 60-80 microns. Colour: RAL 6005 Coating Standard: EN 10245-1/ IS 13871 Other coating requirement: Powder coating should withstand 720 Hours of salt spray test as per ISO 12944, 720 hrs of QUV-B Weatherometer Test (ASTM_G154-B with UV-B system) Adhesion test, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Test (EIS-CECRI) (Type Test Certificate for the coating standards from renowned Laboratories like NTH , CECRI,or other relevant CSIR Labs clearly indicating that the coating passes C3 or higher corrosion protections standard is to be submitted by the bidder. Omega Clamp with Profile cover plate:This is used to fix the mesh on the poles by using suitable fasteners. The profile cover plate provides the necessary holding strength and as such the shape of the cover plate as given in the drawing is to be strictly followed. Material: MS flat 35 mm width and 3 Mm thick, as per IS 1730 Coating: Pre-galvanised material with min 270 GSM. After fabrication the clamps and cover plate are powder coated with RAL 6005 green Colour to 60-80 Mircons. Weight: 0.6 Kg +/-10% (Type Test Certificate for coating to be provided by the bidder).
