Placement of precast RCC box segments with the help of road crane adequate capacity at desired 16 location carefully by lifting and placing method during traffic and power block with all labour and matrrial tooles and plants machineries and preparation of surface as directed by Engineer - in- charge including filling of joints with by epoxy and sand including cost of all incidental matrrial,labour tooles and plants epoxy matrrial and sand and machinerietry required for this work with all lead, lift, ascend, descend, crossing of track, nallah and obstructions as a complete job.

RCC of grade M-30/M-35/M-40 or any other design mix casting as per approved drawing with coarse sand and graded Stone aggregate of 20mm MSA in all component of RCC box, Precast slab under box for all height or depth including of submission and getting approval of design mix including provision of masonry staging, centering, shuttering de- shuttering weight batching, cutting strenghtening, hooking, bending, binding and reinforcement including the cost of binding matrrial wire, admixture ( as per condition of contract ) rate shall also be inclusive of mechanical compaction 17 of concrete , mechanical mixing of concrete curing of concrete as per codal provision including the cost of dewatering , bailing out of water lowering the water table whenever required including provision of facia work as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including the finishing the exposed concrete with carborandom stone painting the exposed concrete with cement paint 03 coats providing and fixing PVC conduit pipes fuction boxes of required size etc.including all transporting leading, lifting ascends , descends , loading, unloading, handling, re-handling crossing the stream , nallahs, railway track , L-Xing cetc.or any other obstruction cost of all safety precautions all labour and matrrial as a complete job. NOTE:- Cement and Steel reinforcement will be arranged by contractor and payment shall be made separately under relevent items of SSOR 2010.

Item rate for removing existing ballast , ballast cushion from track and stacking at site, putting and 20 packing same after screening in track after completion of the work , or as directed by engineer-in-charge , including all labour, materials, tools, plants, all leading, loading, unloading, lifting, screening, incidental works etc., complete with manual & mechanical method. The rate shall be complete item rate, so nothing extra shall be paid to affect this item hat socver the case may be.

Complete item rate for making Arrangement of light to work in night hours as and when requires with 22 generator of 600 VA including all necessary lighting , cable, fuel, operator, transporting of all men and machines all taxes etc, So nothing extra will be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be. Payment shall be made for actual working hours of generator.

Item rate for providing and fixing 150 GSM Polythene tube sheeting of virgin ( superior) quality for wrapping around the LHS box & base slab segment joints with all labour & material including leading to site with all taxes etc. So noting extra shall be paid to affect item whatsoever the case may be.

Complete item rate for preparing completion plan of work done by the Contractor, on latest version of Auto CAD software to the prepared to the scale as per approved plan or as specified in IRWW by showing all the details of work done by the Contractor . Prints shall be submitted on tracing paper of gateway or equivalent make,90-100 micron thick along with Two sets of CD, Containing the soft copy of all drawing prepared by Contractor. Rate shall be inclusive of all labour, material, Taxes etc. So nothing extra will be paid except the accepted rate. Note:- 1. Drawing shall be prepared in the size as per requirement of the site to suit the proper scale and payment shall be made in running Mtr. With Width varies from min. 297mm To max. 914mm 2. Drawing shall be containing all the details of existing building / shed, land scapping work, washing line with Track etc. The same must be submitted along with final bill.
