SCH 'A' PART XIII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

Additions/ Alterations

Supply and fix double legged informatory sign board of size 1500 x 1500 mm, fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe.First single boards are made.The boards are of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required,by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISOX made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (Avery dennison) of Green/Blue as per IRC standard. The whole is fixed to sheet and fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolt/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates.The lettering is computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (Avery DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour. Then these two separate boards fixed back to back on single frame are fixed to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 3 mtr long to be painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect.

This boards on single frame are embedded in PCC 1:4:8, type D1 of required size including necessary excavation in post hole all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 8mm wide 22-23mm deep construction joints 02 coating of primer and providing a backup rod of 10mm dia and sealed with and using cold applied polyurethane sealant conforming to requirement of BS-5212 type FB including 3mm wide saw cut upto 60mm deep and masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF min. +30% and manufacturer warranty for 10 years complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Material and labour for false ceiling with extruded anodized aluminium frame work with 600mm x 600mm size snap grid consisting of main tee of size 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm and aluminium wall angle of size 36mm x 25mm x 2mm of approved make such as JINDAL/ HINDAL sections and all necessary cuttings fixing of aluminium wall angles to wall with wooden rawl plugs and screws etc. and suspending cross tees to adjustable suspenders of 12 gauge GI wire with adjustable bolts and nuts and 7mm dia GI hooks fixed complete including making good the disturbed surfaces.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium door frame with side hung shutters (fully glazed) comprising of chowkhat section 101.04 x 44.45 x 1.5mm thick, shutters top rail 86.17 x 44.45 x 2.30mm bottom and lock rail 150 x 44.45 x 2.30mm and styles 53.7 x 44.45 x 2.30mm and includng jointing cleats, aluminium snap beading 20 x 15mm, rubber gasket, glazing clips, heat insulation sheet glass 5.50mm thick selected quality with aluminium hardware fitting fixed with steel chromium plated screws such as 2 Nos. disc type round handle, 3 Nos 100mm long stainless steel heavy hinges, 3 Nos 150mm long tower bolts, one floor door stopper with hard drawn steel spring 140mm long one No. double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up to of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless sheet cover, governing pivot of brass, other part made of mild steel heavy duty etc complete to size as per site requirement and as approved by GE.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised sliding type door made by using aluminium track (31.20 x 26.5mm) in 1.5m to 1.8m length sliding door track gear system with and including shutters of section size 40 x 18 x 1.29mm complete with all accessories such as plain sheet glass 5.5mm thick selected quality, locking arrangement rollers guides, rubbers, gaskets, glazing clips, handle 150mm size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment over PCC padding/ RCC slab picking up brick coba and chiseling the existing bituminous sand surface and cleaning the surface by removing bituminous coating and disposing rubbish material to a distance exc 150metre but not exc 250metre all as directed

Material and labour for cleaning of plastered surfaces and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing 3.00kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) including membrane shall be covered with bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20kg/ Sqm in two coats as a protective coating etc complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for concealed point wiring on ceiling/ roof/trusses with necessary fitting arrangement with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid non-metallic PVC heavy grade conduit ISI marked 20mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fitting such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc. including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.8mm with earth dolly covered with bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for mounting of switches/ sockets, fan regulator with brass screw and cup washers including PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volt grade for continous earthing complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light/ fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin 05 Amps switch socket outlet on same board

(b) One 3 pin 05 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board

All as per item No.23 herein before but for socket outlet 3 Pin 16 Amps on independent board with cable size of 2.5 sqmm and earth continuity conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flame proof point wiring for explosive storage acommodation with PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper FRLS cable drawn in and including surface mounted stove enamelled, steel conduit not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer all as per relevant IS and fixed with solid backed distance saddles and elevated MS spacer plate fixed with nettle fold GI screws along with 1.5 Sqmm PVS insulated solid stranded copper conducter FRLS 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed. (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No. 28 hereinbefore but for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board with cable size of 2.5 sqmm and earth continuity conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm.

S&F flame proof ON/OFF push button 1 way 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Sudhir cat part no. PBS/213 or equivalent to specified makes

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz copper wounded including condensor, connector, canopy, down rod etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
