“Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 16 mtr High Mast Shaft hot dip galvanized, continuously tapered of polygonal cross section in two sections suitable for wind speed of 180 KM/Hr complete with all accessories, lantern carriage suitable for use with 6 Nos 70 watt LED flood light fitting with wiring material with individual single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable for Phase, neutral and earth wire from feeder pillar box to light fitting for automatic ON and OFF of the luminaries. The high mast should be designed properly to withstand wind speed of 180 KM/Hr and the dimension of mast should be as per their structural calculation of the high mast manufacturer. The scope also include the use of Fe 415 grade steel and PCC of as per the derived design and foundation bolts, anchor bolts of the High Mast to be fixed in a proper manner so that High Mast can easily erected on that complete all as directed. The site joint or welded joints are neither required nor desirable. (a) MAST STRUCTURE :- The high Mast shall be of continuously tepered, polygonal cross section polygon type (Minimum 16 Sides) of 16 Mtrs in height presenting good visual appearance and shall be based on proven desgin to given assured performance, reliability and sevice. The Mast shall have an approximate top diameter of say 150mm to 200mm and bottom diameter of 350 mm to 450mm. The weight of the Mast shall not exceed more than 1600 kgs, excluding weight of Luminaire, to maintain good elasticity of slender structure.

Material and Labour glow sign board Enclosure duly fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick CGI sheet bent to shape and matters dully computerised printed on acrelic sheet with matters in white, blue background and red borders at the edges (The size of the sign board shall be 3m x 1.0 x0.25m) including fixing of LED tube light fitting for night vision and duly covered & mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size fixed on suitbale size of MS structure of appropriate height as directed by E-I-C with and including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (30 cm above the ground and 60 cm below the ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS structural work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing, lattice structure including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting and painting one coat of red oxide and two coat of super enameled paint and similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of HT concrete poles/struts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade line all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Loop insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm dia for 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 long, stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, galvanised steel 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on Ser Page No 495 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size removing from site. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding including taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed: - (a) 6/1 x 2.59 - Weasel Note : The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) on Page 384 of SSR-2010 Part-II (Rates).

Supply and fixing aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade standard and compact alluminium phase conductor of size 3x95 Sqmm and of 1x 70 Sqmm (bare messenger) with copper alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound copper, as per IS-14225-1995 including all fitings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp inline connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps from bare lines etc complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Restretching of ACSR conductor on HT overhead line of any size and type of span of 1x3 Nos length 50 to 60mtr apart including 1 run of GI earth wire 4mm dia and guard wire complete and including making the jumpher connection all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer. complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. Clamps 25 x 3mm, 02 Nos, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay etc paths complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregates (received from road cutting/demolition of existing road), 25 mm thick premix carpeting using ready mix patch mate materials, rolled and compacted for road patch work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubes light grade, 40mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA/Jindal/Prakash.
