The job also includes reassembling of pump, coupling and alignment with motor by skilled labour and then testing on load of repaired pump set at site.

Repairs carried out to 300mm dia C.I NRV fitted at delivery manifold of VT pumping unit. The job includes earthwork to required depth to make NRV visible then removing top cover of NRV by loosening fasteners, then removing damaged flap of NRV which had broken at joint holding flap & handle which swings the flap. The job includes drilling two holes in flap & handle across using machine drill at fastening nut & bolt of required siz to hold the flap. Providing /fixing of leather washer to the flap as per size of flap,. Fitting flap back in the NRV body & fastening top lid of NRV & then resting the same on load.
