Complete earthing of Electro- Mechanical equipments at the LIS Jeri Jambri HC Pumping sets –3Nos., L.T. Control Panel, Voltage Stabilizer, Starters etc. Job includes excavation of 1No. pit of size 1.25m x 1.25m at the bottom, depth 6ft. at a suitable place near pump house, placing of 1 No. Copper earthing plate of 2 feet x2feet x4mm of recommended specifications at the bottom of pit, connecting risers to these plates from the pit to the Ground level. Providing and placing 40 mm dia. G.I. Pipe vertically on the Copper earthing plates for watering, providing & fitting of a plug on the top end of G.I. Pipes. The length of the pipes shall be 1 ft. above the ground level. Filling of pits with 4 inch thick alternate layers of charcoal and sodium chloride of required/recommended quality up to height of about 4 ft from the bottom of the pits and then filling of the pits up to ground level with excavated earth & fitting of copper strips of required size duly screwed/fastened on the floor level of the pump house and then connecting all the earthing points of the electrical equipment’s installed at site.
