Supply and fixing prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work of MS pipes,angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, fabricated from structural steel sections complete welding bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size including nuts,bolts & washers conforming to Fe-410 or Fe 310 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces, of any description including preparation of surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 125 amp with rupturing capacity 25 kA wire MS sheet steel enclosure with clamps and making arrangment to fix it on wall/stand by making strip with fixed thermal and magnetic setting complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated armoured screened PVC bedded sheathed LT cable 1100 Volt grade , heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988, laid on ground or along the poles / wallls with flat iron clamps of suitable size with & including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated armoured screened PVC bedded sheathed LT cable 1100 Volt grade , heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988, laid on ground or along the poles / wallls with flat iron clamps of suitable size with & including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying , installation,testing and commisioning of Dehumidifier in flame proof construction of the undermentioned capacity and technical specification :- (i) The dehumidifier shall be of the industrial type manufactured to the highest consistency and reliability,ecology standards be manufactures in an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified manufacturing facility employing CNC sheet metal manufacturing, the industrail dehumidifier shall be of the rotary type employing the principle of chemical dehumidification using adsorption to remove moisture from the air on a continuous basis by use of desiccant synthesized on fluted type media in rotor form ,the dehumidifier shall be capable of sustained operation of either process or react fan without energized react heat for prolonged periods of operation without damage to the humidity transfer media or bed contactor, FLI 2000 of 1200 CFM Model of M/s Bryair (Asia Pvt Ltd)/ Munters/DSC of size 2600x1400x1800mm approx (as per site conditions) (appx area 31213 Cubic feet at location I & II). (ii) The dehumidifier shall not require field piping, desiccant charging pneumatics or field crection of fans unless specifically requested by the GE/ Engineer-in-Charge,the dehumidifier framework/casing shall be made from tubular stainless steel hollow section duly welded and shall be of industrial design ,robust body of industrial quality for maximum durability, life , strength with advanced component welding and joining techniquest within the industrial quality welded SS frame work shall be provided double skin insulated panels,the external panels will be eight powder coated or a stainless steel and shall be at least 0.80mm thick,the inside skin/panel shall be either stainless steel or GI and shall be at least 0.80mm thick,the insulation between the panels shall be glass fiber or rockwool with a minmum density of 48 Kg/cum.

(iii) The dehumidifier unit casing shall be compact and space saving in design and for case of service and inspection shall have test points for air pressure and air flow measurement,an observation window shall be provided to permit visual inspection of the bed while the unit is in operation,the reactivation heat source built into the dehumidifier unit shall be electric and installed with filters,both process and reactivation fan and motor assembles shall be factory mounted as an integral part of the dehumidifier,the process and reactification fan blower shall be designed for a minimum external static pressure of 2.0 in and 1.0 in W G respectively,there shall be opening for cables with gland and shall be leak proof,the process and reactivation motors shall be of the TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled) type,the control panel shall be housed integrally with in the unit casing and shall have factory wired fan motor starters and auxiliary control,starting and stopping of the dehumifdifier unit shall be sequenced by a humidistat. (iv) The desiccant honey comb rotor media shall be adsorbent, non toxic, non flammable, fully water washable,the substrate of the rotor shall not be made from asbestos or any synthetic material and shall not have any toxic desiccants impregnated like lithium chloride etc.,the desiccant media shall have in-situ synthesized metal silicate desiccant on any inner inorganic fibre substrate,the desiccant media shall not fracture due to repeated temperature and moisture cycling and all the materials of construction shall be non toxic,all air entering the dehumidifier must be filtered. Unless otherwise indicated, filters shall have minimum rating of EU4,filters shall be installed for front removal or removal from the side of ductwork,all filters shall be of cleanable types.

(v) All volume dampers on the dehumidifier shall be of multiblade, opposed blade type with locking quadrants,dampers shall be factory installed at the outlets of both process and reactivation air fans,the damper shaft exposed at the quardrant shall be notched to indicate the position of damper blades,the control panel shall be factory prewired for the system operation and shall be supplied with fuse/MCB's contactors, starters, control transformer, overload protection and all the necessary components to ensure a continuous automatic operation. (vi) The control panel shall be complete with a dehumidifier digital control (DDC) which shall have a mimic diagram of the funtioning of the unit and shall have a full diagnostics display facility of faults,the DDC shall provide display of reactivation inlet,Mannual/off/auto switches shall be provided on the DDC (dehumidifier digital controller),cable size 41A (cable size 10.0 Sqmm) armoured cable 3.5 core of copper conductor,the unit shall be provided with safety interlock option if specified by GE/Engineer-in-Charge so that the dehumidifier cannot run if access panels or the control panel door are open/removed,all material shall be ISI marked as per IS specifications.The scope of work covered the followings:-

(A) 1. Supervision of the opertion, fault management along with display messaging of system parameters and faults. 2. Continuous data log of system parameters and line display of operating paramaters (Pin, Poul, Rin). 3. Route temperatures, RH for Pin and Pout, Relative pressure (Process & React). 4. RS 232 serial data interface to retrieve stored data in the data log. 5. RS 485 serial data interface for connection of remote system. 6. Remote start/stop facility to switch on/off the dehumidifier from a remote location through software. 7. Remote fault warning output to allow an audible alarm or warning lamp to be activated at a remote location. 8. Spare control and fault input/outpur to allow auxiliary system and/or component to be controlled by the dehumidifier. 9. Intelligent re-start following of power failure. 10. Programmable security code to prevent unauthorized mishandling. 11. Intelligent power curcuit switching to minimize voltage drops in unit supply system 12. Alpha numeric fault display 13. Real time clock. 14. Battery back UP of setting

(B) The process fan and motor arrangement to handle air required to off set the internal latent load. The process fan shall be limit load type and will be Acco/Pat/equivalent make. The ESP of the fan shall be 3". The fan motor shall be Siemens/NGEF/Crompton/By-Air. Reactivation fan and motor arrangement : The reactivation fan shal be Siemens/NGEF/Crompton/By-Air make and shall have a ESP 2". Synthetic non woven media filter. The filters shall be encased in housing which will form an integral part of the dehumidifier. Regeneration heat source : This will be 100% electric. BRY SMART-1,Requisite number of opposed blade type manually operated volume control dampers. All dampers shall be boxed type. Skid : The entire equipment as described above shall be skid mounted to ensure no further foundation is required at site. Exclusions: (i) All utilities, civil/masonry work, related to installation. (ii) Electrical cabling to the control panel (iii) Drain for the condensate. (iv) Power required 3 phase 415 V 50 Hz. (v) Ducting from Dehumidifier to room

The following items shall also be considered:- (i). Supply fan and reactivation fan in spark proof construction. (ii). All three motors i.e supply fan/react. Fan motor and bed drive motor in FLI construction. (iii). Limit switches in flame proof construction. (iv) RTD sensors in flame proof construction. (v). Cables glands in flame proof construction. (vi). Armoured cable - 1 Lot. (vii). Zinner barrier box for thermostat in flame proof construction. (viii). Electrical control panel in flame proof construction. (ix). Reactivation heaters in flame proof construction.

All as per Srl No 10 to 15 here-in- above but of capacity 2500 CFM to maintain desired condition, model FLI 4200 of M/s Bryair (Asia Pvt Ltd) /Munters/DSC of size 3500x1500x1800mm approx (as per site conditions) (appx area 82850+185582=268462 Cubic feet for Location III, IV & V)).

All as per Srl No 10 to 15 here-in- above but of capacity 3700 CFM to maintain desired condition, model FLI 6200 of M/s Bryair (Asia Pvt Ltd)/ Munters/DSC of size 3500x1500x2000mm approx (as per site conditions) (appx area 203060 Cubic feet at location 27 MMPU). Notes for Ser No 10 to 17: (i) Each unit of dehumidifier shall be tested in presence of rep of Accepting officer with rep of users. (ii) The minimum and maximum humidity shall be 55-65%.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to earth lead GI earth strip 25x3 mm upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade, including protection pipe GI medium grade 15mm bore for earthing lead, wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation and refilling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, precast RCC cover slab 50 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 using XPM reinforcement weighing not less 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover with CI frame all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion including taking down of earthing as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained.
