Providing, designing and fixing of Air Walker of size 1100 x 550 x 1480mm fabricated with main post of ‘C ‘Class GI Pipe and minimum 114mm dia and other pipes of 32mm dia and joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, U V resistant and color as approved by Engineer in charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury.Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipment manufactured by reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. The equipment shall be fitted with inbuilt limiters. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts made of 18mm galvanized rod and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc (the cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately).

Air Swing: Providing, designing and fixing of air swinging pair of size 1150 x 900 x 1250 mm fabricated with main post of ‘C’ Class GI Pipe and minimum 114mm dia and other pipes of 32mm dia and joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs.Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing.Pedals shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and seat to be made from virgin LLD PE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic of 4.00 mm, colorful and UV resistant and environment all friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. Submission of 3rd party Quality control inspection report. The thirty party quality control check will be carryout by any one agency i.e CRRI,IIT Delhi, Delhi college of Engineering, EIL, WAPCOS, JAMIA ISLAMIA University and Ch. Brahm Prakash Govt. Engineering College Delhi or by any other agency approved by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- payment to the third party will be made by contractor which will be reimburesed by the department after satisfactory completion of work. The payment to the third party in any case shall not be more than 1% of total tendered amount of Item No. 1 to 22.
