Construction of 150mm x100mmx125m deep T/W etc. all complete and as per direction of E/I. Using U.P.V.C. Pipe & Strainer etc. all complete and as per direction of E/I.

Constructing masonry Chamber 100x100x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for Tube Well, and RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) 12 mm thick with 5% cico finished with a floating coat of neat cement, out side plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) 12 mm thick complete as per standard specifications & direction of E/I.

Supplying and installation, commissioning and testing of 3 HP Single phase Submersible pump and motor of KSB/Kirloskar or equivalent make having discharge of 2.5 to 3.35 lps against a total head of 35 m including doing power and light wiring SUPPLYING & FITTING service wire extension of L T line (0.3Km) & 65 mm dia G I medium class column pipe, 65mm dia Riser pipe (L), 65 mm dia N/R Valve, 65 mm dia flange and Supplying and installation of 7.5 KVA Stabilizer, taking single phase connection, Meter Board, Starter including power wiring all complete job etc all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials and Laying of distribution network including placing of 10000 litres PVC tank as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including Earthwork in 30m wide and 1.1m deep trenches, Including crossing of ditches Road cutting and restoration and backfilling the trenches after laying of line, providing and laying HDPE pipe of 75 mm dia and 63 mm dia of (PE-PN10 rating) as per IS 4984/1995 and 50 mm and 40mm dia pipe (PE100-PN8 rating) as required including supplying all jointing materials etc. including all taxes, duties etc.-and incidental charges providing necessary thrust block where as required, construction of brick masonry chamber (60cm x 60cm x 75cm) for valves with cost of certification mark and fixing in trenches including the cost of fullway valves, earth work in back filling the trenches after laying of different types and sizes of pipe, fittings and valves with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift etc. including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident, testing of laid pipes etc. all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing house connection for each house hold including supplying all materials, labours, tools and making ferrule connection with 20 mm dia MDPE and 15mm G.I Pipes with all fittings etc all complete.

Providing and erecting 8M high staging with ladder of ISA65x65x6 and 16mm dia MS bar as trade @ 400mm c/c and GI enclosure to house electric switch panel & treatment unit (where required) of suitably designed MS section of angle, channel, etc. as per drawing attached. .

Installation of Electronically Regulated Doser type chlorinator using Sodium Hypo Chlorite (Hypo NaOCl)

Surveying and levelling using Total Station/DGPS or auto level instruments of the project area including transfer of relevant bench mark to establish the levels of strategic points at the selected position of the T/Well, pumping station & attach the surveying data sheet with drawing of pipe line, map of location of HYDT & Steel structure etc. all complete work.

SECTION – B : OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PART (Should not be less than 60% of Sub Total of SECTION-A)

Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance including repairs of Civil & Mechanical Structures, Supply of Spare parts, all Chemical, Energy cost, Deployment of manpower, checking of status of supply in the command area, repairing of leakages, maintaining log book , data compilation, submission of daily / weekly / monthly and yearly report of both RAW and Treated water quality , getting endorsed / tested by state laboratories once in every month, replacing the filter media/damaged parts of any machinery / the machinery as a whole, annual / bi-annual maintenance of all built-up / installed structures / units under the scheme , including round-the clock watch & ward to ensure potable water to the beneficiaries of the scheme for 60 calendar months from the date of completion of trial run

Energy charges Energy charges will be paid as per actual bill receipt issued by the electricity department excluding DPS or any penalty. (Any kind of penalty should be borne by the contractor.) (For 3 H.P. Pump & Motor)
