Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Brick edging on both side of road of first class (M-150) brick on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T. (emulsion issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen over Bituminous surface at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic ar per Technical Specification Clause 503 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finish to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T. (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T. (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in cc pavement (theckness as per design) cement coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture /Plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour , tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of Recron 3S fibre reinforcement material etcl & concrete etc but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. (SI. No. 251) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4cm Gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors (SI. No. 281) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. (SI No. 283) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel, boalts nuts and wastage etc. and there fix (SI No. 504) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Laying and compacting dry O.B.B. 40mm. Gauge in foundation in layers of not more than 15cm. Thickness including local sand, in ratio 2:1 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (New Item No. - 1 Ch-5) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

M-150 brick work in one part of cement and three part of approved coarse sand in foundation and plinth (SI No. 307) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

12mm thick plaster with one part of cement and three part of approved coarse sand minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. (SI No. 583) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Laying of 600 mm dia NP3 Hupe Pipe including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding cost of pipe and GST.
