i)Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports and compiled data sheets should be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge (Cost is inclusive of all materials, labour & compilation of data sheets. The work should be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including compilation of data.)

Labour charges for fitting, fixing & jointing thread to thread with solvent cement the PVC. pipes (Housing pipe, Blank Pipes, Strainers, bottom plug etc.) and lowering the same carefully into the bore hole down to the required depth complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing including fabrication (IS -2800 Part -I with latest amendments) with required materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and lowering in position etc.

(i) M.S. Centre guide (consisting of 3 nos., 6 mm thick, 50 mm wide, not less than 600 mm long and 125 mm rise of arch) of approved quality.

(ii) M.S. Top cap of suitable size (6 mm thick) and approved quality for covering top of housing pipe of 200 mm NB (Top cap will be tack welded with housing pipe at 4 points 90°apart).

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). End Plug (Dia)150mm

Supply of gravel for use as pack in tube well of 2 mm to 4 mm. size (as per IS: 4097) and gravel treatment of tubewell including screening, washing, cleaning etc. of the gravels at the site, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of tubewell with high velocity jetting toolcombined with adequate capacity Air-compressor and carrying out yield test, as per prescribed method with report suggesting placement of pump (type + yield) after obtaining sediment and colour free water as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including arranging, installing all equipments and testing instruments as required at site and dismantling the same after successful completion of tests, all complete. For 150mm N.B/D.N slotted / screen pipes upto 18 metre length

Packing annular space in between the outside the well pipe, where necessary, with puddle clay balls of approved size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cost of all materials and labours complete.

Ordinary cement concreting ( mix 1:1.5:3) of size 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 0.15 m & placing & fixing 150 mm dia. UPVC Pipe around the Tube well with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size, River Bazree ) including shuttering and reinforcement( 10 mm dia. @ 150 mm c/c) all complete at site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply of E.R.W.M.S. black pipe of approved make(heavy quality) as per standard specification having wall thickness not less than 8 mm. (i) 200 mm dia. (internal)

Supplying, fittings & fixing of HDPE/ upvc Pipes Grade -PE 80 (PN- 6.0) O.D.OF PIPES 90mm GRADE - PE80 (PN-6.0)

Collecting of sample of water for bacteriological & chemical test from any depth at any point of time during execution of works including hire & labour charges for tools and plants and sterilizing the equipments, paying all charges and fees towards testing by accredated Lab. etc. complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for lowering the sumersible pump set, column pipes with necessary accessories including fitting & fixing the same in the tube well including proper electrical connection with generator all complete as per direction of EIC and also withdrawal of the same after complrtion of the test.

Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of lSI marked as per IS 14286 and IEC 61853(1). 61730(1&2), 61710 certified Solar Module of Multi crysta lin elM anocrvs tilIIine/ Monocrystalline PERC/bifacial cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, laminated between sheet of -Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity .3.2/1•.1: r-un tempered glass, framed in anodized aluminium frame .The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC, should be a minimum of 300 Watt peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerances.Modules supplied with the SPV system should have warranty for output wattage, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Necessary test certificate also to be supplied. (As per direction of EIC) b)For 5 HP Off-grid Solar Water Pumping System with Monocrystalline/ Monocrystalline PERC/bifacial SPV modules - 5600-5700 Wp.

Module Mounting Structure ( For 2HP, 3HP and 5HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply, transportation & installation of G.I manual tracking structure made of MS hollow ecuons. pipes. plates, angles etc as per IS 1161/1239, 1079/2062, to hold min 300 VVpSPV Module as per or awing and specification of MNRE. The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron 2 galvanisation (hot dip) and provided with dual axis manual tracking arrangement three times in a day and seasonal tilting are to be regulated to face the sun optimally. (As per direction of EIC)

The weight of the Module Mounting Structure holding 6 Modules should not be less than 210 Kg

The weight of the Module Mounting Structure holding 8 Modules should not be less than 245 Kg

Foundation of Module Mounting Structure: Suitable and stable Reinforced Cement Concrete foundation for dual axis manual tracking SPV Module structure as per approved drawing. (As per direction of EIC)

Power conditioning unit with IP54 enclosure: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of IP 54 protected enclosured Inverter Unit qualifying IEC 61683-Efficiency measurement and IEC 60068-2-Environment Standard safety standard suitable for 3 Phase A.C. motor, IGBT based high voltage switching inverter with MPPT technology, to take care of the variation of Sun light and will be suitably mounted inside the metal enclosure. Inverter should have protection against Dry run, Over current, Under current, Over voltage, Under voltage, Short circuit etc. System should be able to run at low sunshine and minimum 7 to 8 hours a day run should be possible during normal sunshine. condition. Inverter should have option to auto start for any short trip off due to low light/ cloudy situation except for dry run. Inverter should be provided with a display to show the various parameter by the user such as Voltage, Current, Solar panel DC voltage, Inverter IGBT temperature, Out put AC voltage, Output frequency, Pump flow (direct or calculated method), Irradiation etc. The system should store the data at a set interval, be capable to transfer it to external storage device and support communication of its operational parameters and logs over Modbus protocol It should also monitor and save total run time, total water pumped etc. There should be provision for interfacing GPRSbased data transmission. b) For 5 HP capacity Pump-motor set (As per direction of EIC)

Cable and Accessories: Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HOPEconduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. i. 4.0 Sq mm single core multi studs - 10 Mtrs (Minimum) ii. 6.0 Sq mm single core multi struds -5 Mtrs (Minimum) iii. Earthing: Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip)wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. 5 & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By lSI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (As per direction of EIC)

Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and 5 & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (151 Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 Each 7080.00 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets! thimbles and 5 & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (lSI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.(Provision of one lightning protection for each structure) (As per direction of EIC)

Lighting system at scheme (with lighting pole) Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4m hight above ground level, with hot dip galvanaised 80mm X 50mm, midium duty pipe, with 12volt, 15Ah 2in 1 lithium ion/ferro phosphate battary with inbuilt 7-11 watt LED lamp, 50wp solar panel to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5 years from the date of instalation.

Supply and instalation of 3phase electro motor pump motor set sutable for solar opperation covering 5 years warrenty for the following conditions including loading unloading transportation etc C) 5hp ISI marked 3 phase 415v pump-motor set having discharge at required head as bellow: ii) submersible pump motor set for LDTW ISI marked as per IS:8034 with discharge of 7.5lps-5.83lps at 30mtr-40mtr total head with cable, cover plate , socket, flange nipple, rubber insertion, nut & bolt and all other accwssories including transportation of bend, column pipe, cable, sluice valve, lay flat hose pipe etc fro deptt store to site within 100km.

Remote monitoring for 5 years: Supply & installation of GSM/GPRSbased Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring serviceto transmit the parameters to central serverfrom the Solar pumping System with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end, (As per direction of EIC)

Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work (As per direction of EIC)

Comprehensive maintenance charges for 4 years beyond 1 year warranty period (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time) c)For 5 HP both for Submersible & Surface pump Note:l Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Securirty Deposit. Security Deposit will be released after expiry of warranty period of 1 year & Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs1.00for 2 HP,ii) Rs.1.00for 3 HP,iii) Rs.O.75for 5 HP Submersible & Surfaceper Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period l.e.at the end of 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited (As per direction of EIC)

INSURANCE @ 2% for item no 16,19,22 & 23 covering a period of 5 years. (As per direction of EIC)

Supplying fitting fixing fabricated MS Kiox Box both side openable of size 1000 mmx600mmx650 mm mounted by 4 numbers legs & frame made of MS angle 65x65x6 mm & 50x50x5 mm. Allsides are covered with 3mm MS Sheet on the frame of MS angle 25x25x3 mm with back side cover made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet & providing MS channel door made of 25x25x3 mm MS channel inside the box for fitting the electrical equipments having locking arrangement with pad lock,two number MS hasp bolt of 16mm dia x300 mm long and two numbers of MS door handle.The legs are detachable type fitted with MS bolts &nuts bifurcated with 16mm dia drilled holes for mounting the same with nuts& bolts in the concrete base/pillar and painting two coats with antcorrosive red led painting completeIncluding cost of concrete. As per drawing and direction of EIC during the work.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of TW scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with 50 mm dia pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 m long and 1x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4 mts. Long) 13 mm dia. × 80 mm long G.I. bolts, double nuts , double washers including supplying and fixing 15 mm. dia G.I. Pipe protection (1 mt. long) to be filled with bitumen, partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level, driven to an average depth of 3.65 metre(12') below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed for soft soil by ISI - Medium GI pipe.
