M&L for 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:2 as in damp proof cource to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork, with and including integral waterprofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeing 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with Broken stone/boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing even and rough to receive toping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and the like laid in alternative bays in panels, and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 3mm thick 38 mm wide glass dividing strips, inserted in position in concrete floors to confirm to design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even with and including integral waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: INDOCEM/ SUPERSNOWCEM/ AQUACEM/ DURACEM

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Rolled steel sections, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (trepezium or tile pattern etc.) 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (pitch of corrugation shall be 200mm to 250mm and crest shall be 28mm to 32mm) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, eaves board, ridges, hips,valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make for Item No. 17&18: TATA BLUESLOPPE/ LLYODS /JMBS/EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD/CRIL or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. Make: ASIAN/ SHALIMAR/ BERGER/ JENSON&NICHOLSON/IEL/NEROLAC

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 Rolled mild steel sections as in framed work for cattle traps, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1.60 mm mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets abd fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 375mm long mild steel sliding door bolts with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips with 16mm dia bolt welded to steel door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm long MS pressed steel handle, oval type all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters (glazed or wire mesh shutters) fitted with box type hinges with suitable MS handles, peg stays, with glazing bars for receiving glass / MS flat for receiving wire mesh complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: M/s Madhu industries / M/s.SEN Harvick / M/s. Shiv Mular / M/s. AGEW. / M/s. Multiwyn Industries Corpn/ M/s Ganesh rolling shutters/AVA steels/Ajanta Ispat or equvalent make as approved by GE.

S&F Mild steel works as in grills, framed guard bars, and similar works conforming to Fe- 290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 mm thick Sheet Glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in steel windows or fitted with wooden beadings in square n. exe 0.5 sqm each pane all as specified and directed. Make: TRIVENI /VALLBH/ATUL/ HINDUSTAN / PILKINGTON / MODIGUARD/SAINTGOBAIN

S&F 150 mm long Aluminium alloy handles cast type anodised all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels exceeding 1.5 m span etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in shelves etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and above as in reinforcement to concrete cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&Lfor Mild steel deformedTMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection/path laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide construction (Dummy) joint filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including fair finishing inner surface of drain or channel using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid on and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: NITCO/ULTRA/EUROCON/DECO/BHARAT or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in edge restraints / edge blocks / kerbs including use of necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing of exposed surfaces including earth work required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for roof / down conductor on porcelain/epoxy spacer insulatoror complete all as specified and as directed. (Spacer insulator measured and paid separately under relevant items) . Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

S&F porcelain/epoxy white / brown / green spacer insulator with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer with necessary drilling for bolt hole for holding / fixing roof conductor / down conductor of lightning conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing GI strip 32 x 6 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for roof / down conductor on porcelain/epoxy spacer insulatoror complete all as specified and as directed. (Spacer insulator measured and paid separately under relevant items) . Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12-mm dia 300 mm long with fixing arrangement and removed from site of work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 40 mm dia bore GI tubing Light grade, laid under roads/ floor, or fixed to wall or along the pole with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Egineer-in-Charge. Make: TATA/ZENETH/JINDAL or equivalent as approved by GE.

Earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm, by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle, 40 mm GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc.50m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for GI earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m.
