SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III ( ROAD AND CULVERT )Forming embankment including raising earth by supply and depositing mix of Sand & approved earth in 1:1 ratio, laid in paving layers n.exc 30cm thick,spread, levelled and rammed incl watering to get 97% or more maximum dry density (the CBR value of the compacted mix shall be more than 8%) Note : Cost of approved earth and sand is inclusive of this item.

M&L for 100mm thick Dry lean concrete (DLC) over a prepared base with coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS : 383 size of aggregate not exc 40mm (grading 7 other parameters as per table 600-1 of morth IRC SP : 49 specification) design mix minimum cement concrete shall not be less than 150 Kg/Cum compressive strength shall not be less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid with sensor paver including speading and compacted by using double drum smooth wheeled 80 to 100KN static weight vibratory roller including necessary fromwork finishing etc. (Construction/Expansion joints shall be speced as per paving concrete longitudinal and transverse joints all as specified and directed).

M&L for 100mm thick (Compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) with crushed stone aggregate and stone dust (as per design mix) of specified grading, spreading at site, watered, rolled and consolidated as per required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

(INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) Material and labor for point wiring for one light point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multi strand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including surfaced metal conduit (ERW) and clamps and others fixing accessories for fixing clamps steel space frame structures complete with necessary pressed steel sheet metal junction box/terminal box suitable for fixing on steel structure covered with 6mm thick prelaminated plastic sheet all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
