Horizontal Boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 50 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable LT UG Cables of nominal Cross Sectional Area 16/25 sqmm 4 core and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregation of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying or Fixing or Passing through Pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric Power UG Cable (Heavy Duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volt Grade, Nominal Cross-Sectional Area 16 sqmm 4 core and Testing, including Brass Compression Cable Gland, Terminal Lug, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thick -ness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

S&F Sub-Class B brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the axis of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 20 graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. .

Taking down street/security light fittings any type/mecury/metal halide any wattage from pole/Hanger and re-fixing after necessary repair/fixing of burn/worn out accessories all as specified and directed.(Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates)

S&F Cable Junction Box 200X160X98mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat iron clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor for connection of security light from Junction Box to security light with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC pipe 20mm dia medium grade for connection of pole wiring length from Junction Box to connection of security light all complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F street light bracket fabricated out of GI Tubing light grade 40 mm bore Bend to the shape as directed and of length 1.5 mtr complete with mounting MS clamp of flat iron size 40X5mm of suitable length 02 pairs incl nut bolts etc of suitable size, including taking down old corroded one all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT electric pole ,steel tubular swaged pole (9.0 m long) of any size ,any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint (5.5 m to 7.5 m ) over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1 m length , 1 m height of PCC copping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of LT RCC electric pole (9.0 m long) of any size ,any pattern with one coat of weather proof acrylic synthetic paint and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1 mtr length from ground) alternatively including numbering the pole searially all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 50mm dia HDPE pipe PN-10 with fittings laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair and all as specified and directed.

Taking down loop box of any type/size and danger notice plate and refixing the same all as specified and directed.

Taking down 150 Watt conventional fitting and Supply and fix 60 Watt LED Street light fitting with high powered LED,with , IP 66 with operating voltage range 140 to 270 V Complete.

Taking down 250/400 Watt conventional fitting and Supply and & fix 200 Watt rectangular LED Flood light fitting with innovative thermal management , IP 66 with operating voltage range 140 to 270 V Complete.

Removal of UNSV fitting, supply and fixing for decorative LED post top fittings decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light with IP 65 protection including with all accessories complete along with GI pipe of 40mm dia(light grade) of 1.0m length shall be flixed on the post top lantern incl all necessary PCC works (PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded sotne aggregate) after taking down old unserviceable one all specified and directed by Enineer-in-Charge. .

Removal of UNSV fitting, Supply and fixing garden light fitting with inverted pyramid type LED bollard with soft 365° light 10 watts IP 65 foundation for the fittings shall be of sizes 250x250x300mm with PCC 1 (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including taking down old fitting, demoliton of brick/PCC work all as specified and directed..

Removal of UNSV and S&F for time switches electro mechanical, daily programmed with battery backup (analogue type) all as specified and directed by Engineer –in- Charge.

Removal of UNSV and S&F for power contactor 3 pole 65 Amps all as specified and directed by Engineer –in- Charge.

M & L for MCB of 4 pole type, 63 Amps current capacity, 10 KA breaking capacity,c series and 415 Volts complete including taking down old existing unserviceable all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down PCC/steel tublar pole 8.5 upto 8.5 meter ) shifting the pole at different location and refixing the same all as specified and directed.(Note-excavation ,PCC work will be measured and paid seprately)

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation filling of pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation filling of pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone for coping of pole including form work complete all as specified and directed

S&F steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate ,final taper plug ,bolts ,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP -31 9.0 M long ) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Automatic street light switch using Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level on Nature light. The infrared sensor based nature Switch along with lighting load 5-8 KW, with suitable power contractor and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rustproof , termite proof and FR grade SMC junction Box confirming to IP 54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25mmx3mm thickness, Bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head/ under ground feeder astronomical time switch consisting of Nature switch- 02 Nos + Contractor + MCB etc housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed.
