Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and bituminous binder as per design Job Mix Formula conforming Marshall Method as per specification, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH. i). For Grading 1 (bitumen 60/70 bulk-99 Kg. /Cum., 37.5 mm chips -20%, 26.5 mm chips-10%, 22.4 mm chips -15%, 11.2 stone chips-20%, 5.6mm stone chips-10%, stone das with gritt-25%, Filler @ 2% (Lime stone dust-45kg/cum), 100 mm thick.)

ii). For Grading 2 (bitumen 60/70 packed /bulk-111 Kg. /Cum., 26.5 mm chips -15%, 22.4 mm chips-15%, 11.2 mm chips -25%, 5.6mm stone chips-15%, stone dast with grit-30%, Filler @ 2% (Lime stone dust-45 kg/cum) , 120 mm thick.)

Providing and laying bituminious concrete (BC) with Hot mix plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (bitumen 60/70 packed /bulk-137 Kg. /Cum., 13.2 mm chips -20%, 11.2 mm chips-20%, 5.6 mm chips -20%, stone dast-40%, Filler @ 2% (Lime stone dust-45 kg/cum) (a) 50 mm compacted thickness

Earthwork in cutting to form road section in correct profile including removal of spoils not exceeding initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m (ii) In mixed soil (i,e. clay mixed with kankar, pebbles, moorum etc.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (iii) Grading – III

Supplying and Laying Polythin sheet (150 Gm/Sqm) over the layer of single brick flat soling/silver sand surface.

Construction of a narrow filter sub- surface drain consisting of porous or perforated geotextile pipe of 150 mm dia. laid in narrow trench surrounded by a geotextile filter fabric, with a minimum of 450 mm overlap of fabric and installed as per clause 702.3 and 309.3.5 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) including excavation and backfilling.

100 mm thick concrete paver block M-50 grade for hightraffic zone, bus terminus, industrial complex, mandi houses etc. as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-50 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular/ granular sub-base course & filling the interstices of blocks with fine sand by brooming & subsequent watering including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base, sub-base course & subgrade preparation.) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Ordinary Cement Concrete 4:2:1 (M15) with graded stone chips (20 mm down) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456-2000. A) Pakur/ Chandil Variety

Spreading and consolidating laterite of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all man and machineries and as per specification ad direction of Engineer-in-Charges

Cutting kutcha drain of 600 mm wide and depth up to 300 mm, including disposal of excavated material in embankment slopes within a lead of 50 m. (a) Through ordinary soil.

Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and applying road markings over bituminous surface using hot applied thermoplastic compound, 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beand @ 250gms per m3 area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing typical citizen information board costructed with BFS, PCC, 250mm and 125mm thick brick work (1:4) with necessary plastaring & painting including supply & fixing of white marble stone ( 1100mm x 800mm x 18mm )with black colour engraved lettering as per the enclosed drawing.
