The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction. The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. For any civil work other than building work, if there is a significant component in the work other than normal building work, then this component should be considered as the main component of the work for the purpose of definition of similar work. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 2.54 Crores in the last three consecutive years. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 2.54 Crores on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending 31st March 2024, and should have average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have executed at least one similar work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated cost of the current work. The bidder is also required to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years, including the name and address of the bidder, name of work/project and location, owner of sponsoring organization, contract number, cost of work in lakhs of rupees, date of commencement and completion, and litigation/arbitration cases pending. The amount of earnest money deposit is 12.73 lakh, and the estimated cost of the work is 636.29 lakhs of rupees. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for and should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the work.
