The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes completing works with specific features such as basement, internal and external electrical installations, fire fighting works, fire alarm works, substation(s) work, DG Set(s) work, HVAC work, and Lift (s) work. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 112.26 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 168.39 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - Or, one similar completed work, costing not less than Rs. 224.52 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 112.26 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years, with a minimum average annual turnover worth 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years, with the following conditions: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the component. - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should furnish information regarding prior work experience, including a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years and a performance report of similar works. The bidder's experience is evaluated under parameters such as financial strength, experience in similar class of works, performance on works (time over run), and performance of works (quality).
