The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of a certain value and percentage. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 2.85 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 4.28 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 5.71 Crores (80% of estimated cost) For Electrical & Mechanical works, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component - Two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component - Three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component For building construction works, the bidder should have experience in completing buildings of a certain number of storeys, including: - Completing a minimum of one building of eight storeys for eleven to fifteen storey buildings - Completing a minimum of one building of ten storeys for more than fifteen storey buildings - Completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to a minimum of eight storeys or ten storeys, depending on the category The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of 285.44 Lakh on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years, with a minimum average annual turnover worth 40% of the estimated cost, which is 2.85 Crores. The estimated cost of the work is 723.83 Lakh, and the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of this amount, which is 289.33 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate access to or availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for. The required prior work experience is evaluated based on the amount of work completed, with higher marks awarded for larger and more complex projects, using a marking system of: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro rata basis.
