The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements for similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 108.82 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 163.22 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - OR - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 217.63 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last day of submission of the bid. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 108.82 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years, which is 40% of the estimated cost. For specific components like Internal and External EI, Street Lights, and CCTV System, the bidder should have completed similar works with the following requirements: - For CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should also have completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) with a minimum of eight storeys for categories D, or ten storeys for categories E. The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement if the work involves two or more basements. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of works allocates marks as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro rata basis.
