The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 13.41 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 20.11 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 26.81 Crores (80% of estimated cost) Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with values such as: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - Two similar completed works costing each of not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - Three similar completed works costing each of not less than 40% of the cost of the component. For building works, the number of storeys is considered to determine similar work experience, with requirements such as: - For five to ten storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of five storeys or completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to five storeys. - For eleven to fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of eight storeys or completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to eight storeys. - For more than fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of ten storeys or completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to ten storeys. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
