Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including Admixtures in recommended proportions (as per IS: 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete, upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and admixing water proofing compound (impermo or equivalent) @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement in all RCC elements of water retaining structures (including RCC elements of staging foundation) required quantities as per the approved structural drawings.

Reinfocement with TMT steel bars for RCC work including straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for all types/ categories/ classes of RCC and PCC upto all leads and lifts

Providing embedding and fixing in position Aluminium sheet 200 mm wide and 1.90 mm thick at the horizontal joints between two successive lifts of walls of tanks as well as between uppermost lifts of walls and beam/slab of roof dome in required lengths, out of which 100 mm width shall be embedded in the lower layer of RCC and remaining 100 mm width in the successive layer of RCC

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) in retaining, to wall for CC pavement.

Cement concrete flooring 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry on the treades and landing of the staircase, on the steps from the finished ground level to the plinth, on terrace balcony and on top external surface (terrace of tank roof)

18 mm thick cement plaster in skirting and risers of steps with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a neat of floating cement.

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on outer perephery of the retaining/ toe wall for CC pavement.

20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) admixed with approved acrylic based water proofing comound (in required quantities as specified by the manufactures) on internal surface of RCC water tank including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement.

Finishing all available areas of external RCC surfaces of staging and tank exposed to atmosphere excluding the top external surface of tank roof with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicon additives "Snowcryl-XT" of M/s Snowcem India Ltd. Of equivalent of required shade on new work in two or more coats.

Painting two or more caots on all mild steel work with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

950 mm high (above treads excluding flooring & upto bottom of hand rail) railing on both sides of RCC staircase RCC landing, on outer side of tank balcony at bottom dome with vertical 50x50x8 mm angle iron @ 750 mm center to center and 800 mm high (above treads excluding flooring and upto bottom of hand rail) on outer side of tank top dome with vertical 50x50x8 mm angle iron @ 750mm center to center including fixing embedding the vertical iron to treads, slab to the required depth, painting with priming coat of approved steel primer etc. One no MS steel ladder from bottom dome balcony to top dome landing consisting of two Nos MS angles 50x50x6 mm with 20 mm dia MS bar steps @ 250 mm center to center including painting and priming coat etc.

Hand rail of MS pipes 25 mm nominal bore (class B) one no. on both side by welding etc. to vertical railiing of RCC staircase, RCC landings and two Nos MS pipes 25 mm nominal bore (class B) hand rail to outer side of tank balcony railing at bottom dome and top including supplying & priming coat of approved steel primer.

ISI marked steel openable glazed ventilation shaft above the tank roof dome of required size(s), shapes (in plan as well as elevation) consisting of standerd rolled steel section, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs with stainless steel rawl plugs and screws as required, including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved steel primer: excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting necessary hinges or pivots as required for windows side- hung

One No. C.I. manholes covers on tank roof with frames of light duty size 455x610 mm internal dimension total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg. (Weight of cover 23kg. and weight of frame 15kgs.) with anticorrosive bitumastic paint with locking arrangement as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge

100 mm dia. Double Flanged (screwed/ welded) Ductile iron K-9 (IS:8329) intel pipe and overflow cum scour pipe in required lengths including providing and fixing all necessary flanged D.I K-12 standard specials (of required dias) such as tee, bends, collars, taper, caps etc suitable for flanged jointing, providing and fixing necessary M.S. holder bat clamps made out of M.S. flat 75x8 mm of required length/ dia and approved design including cost of cutting holes and making good the RCC elements etc providing necessary thrust blocks of size as per structural design of CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate) providing and fixing double flanged C.I. Duck - foot bend 90 degree (Heavy class) painting with two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand over a priming coat of red lead paint on new work, providing and fixing all necessary D.I. tail pieces etc.

Constructing for over flow cum scour pipe, necessary open masonary Chambers of size 120x90 cm, 90 cm deep inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 fine sand) foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortal 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standerd design with FPS bricks.

50 mm thick cement concrete pavament (CC pavement) 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry in as area within the staging with in a width of 3.00 metres all around the outside edges of the RCC column staging (Top of the CC pavement shall be at the formation level.

Providing and laying including jointing 200 mm dia non-pressure NP2 class (Light duty) RCC pipe with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints complete in a length of 10 meters from the open masonry chamber to the nearest drain.

Providing and fixing in required position one No. Electronic water level indicator (Minilec or equivalent standard make) as approved by Engineer-in-charge along with all necessary accessories and fitting all complete.

Providing and fixing in required position one No. Lighting conductor confirming to I.S. 2309 at top of OHT including providing and fixing alumenium flat of size 20x3 mm from the lightening conductor to ground level in vertical direction and upto the outside edge of CC pavement in the horizontal direction including fixing the aluminium flat to RCC tank/ staging by brackets/ Rawl plugs with necessary steel screws all complete.

One No. Tower (Danger red) light (Dollar or equivalent of standard make) on the top most point of the tank with all necessary electric wiring/ fiting, electrical points to be connected by 3-22 core wire provided inside 25 mm M.S. tube secured with clamps to the tank and staging etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

One No. AISI-316 satin finished (brush finish) stainless steel ladder made of 65x65x5 mm stainless steel angle frame 50x50x5 mm stainless steel angle steps fixed 250 mm center to center to frame angles by stainless steel welding on both sides including 100x100x5 mm thick stainless steel plate drilled with holes of required diameter diameter and fixing the ladder assembly to RCC walls/beam with 4 nos. stainless steel dash fastners 10 mm diameter & 65 mm long at upper end of ladder including drilling holes in RCC walls/ beam and making good the walls wherever required by concrete mix of the RCC element etc. all complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Two nos. electric lamp with necessary fittings at different heights in the shaft staging with necessary wiring & switch box etc. including providing necessary connection box on the external face of the shaft staging near the entrance door etc. all complete.

Soil testing & verification of SBC of soil (Refer particular specifications also)

Structural design & drawing including necessary submission of design/details, approval etc. all complete (Refer particular specifications also)

Testing of tank (Refer particular specifications also) including making all necessary arrangements for filling of tank etc. all complete.

Disinfection and commissioning of tank
