NOTE- THE ENTIRE WORK HEREINAFTER under item No 2.0 shall be got executed through authorised Engineers of OEM ie (Lift Make "Thyssenkrupp") . The tenderers are reqd to upload a MoU between tenderer and OEM while submitting their tender failing which the tenderer shall be disqualified and fin bid shall not be opened.The performa for MoU with OEM is given in tender docs attached h/w. A hard copy of MoU shall be submitted alongwith cost of tender.In case hard copy of MoU not submitted to office of AGE I , it shall be considered as willful breach on part of tenderer and tenderer shall be banned for issue of tender for 06 Month under MES . On award of this contract the tenderer shall enter into a agreement with OEM based on MoU for execution of work of maint of lifts within 07 days from date of award failing which it shall be considered as default on part of contractor and shall be dealt accordingly as per terms of this Contract. This contractor may not disclose fin part but shall submit a copy of same to office of AGE I within 10 days from date of award of this contract. Date of commencement of this contract shall be commenced only after receipt of aggrement between tenderer and OEM.

544 Kg 8 Passengers lift with travelling speed of 1.0 Mtr per second for P-23 (G+6) Make Thyssenkrupp at sailor md accn at Sec 23 Noida = 01 No Comprehensive maintenance including preventive and periodical maint (fortnightly.monthly ,quarterly,halfyearly and yearly) of installed lift in reliable safe efficient operating condition through manufacturer (ie through OEM of the lift) by regularly examining lubricating and adjust the equipment and carry out planned maintain in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unserviceable components such as worm gear thrust bearings, drive sheave bearing, break contact lining and components, motor winding, rotating elements, commenter, brushed, brush holders, bearing coils, residence for operating motors circuits, magnet frames and other mechanical parts, controller, selector, levelling devices, cam relays, solid state components eg PCBS transducers, resisters, condensers, power amplifier, transformer, contact leads dash pots timing devices, steel selector tapes and governor, sheave shafts assembly, bearing/contacts and governor jaws car and hall buttons car and hall position indicators, hall lanterns, car direction indications and all other car and landing signal fixtures deflector car and counter weight raider rails and buffers, top and bottom limits, counter weight and counter weight guide shoes including rollers or grip interlocks rewinding of burnt motor complete in hoist way door hangers, guide, automatic power operator door car door hanger car door contacts, safety mechanism and platform, battery operator emergency light and alarm system wiring of all equipments and accessories, vibration materials, reverse phase relays, over load warning indicator, mother board, floor indication button, call push button, floor display card Lift fan, light , contactors, door drive, door spring, roller, levelling switch, and digital group indicator panel with micro processor complete and automatic rescue device including maintenance free batteries and UPS (Except Car Enclosure,Landing Doors,Hoist Rope) for under mentioned capacity lift including cost of materials with one mechanic and one helper to attend the complaints as and when required including sunday and holidays
