Notes for Serial Item Nos 1 to 4 :- (i) Equipment must confirm to IP-55 norms with CPRI certification. (ii) First filling of oil upto full level as per level indication must be done before commissioning. (iii) Stablizer upto 75 KVA shall be provided with suitably rated MCCB and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the quoted rates. For higher capacity stablizers, seprate ACB panels are considered vide relevant items of BOQ. Necessary controls for those stablizer, shall be provided with ACBs like under & over voltage releases, over-current protection, single phasing protection etc. including required control cable between voltage stablizers & ACB Panels. (iv)Foundation work for housing of equipment as per OEM's recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 KVA, 3 phase, 50Hz Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer copper wound for automatic operation for unbalanced input and unbalanced load, Oil Cooled, outdoor type with IP-55 enclosure (CPRI Certified) and designed for input variation between 340 V to 480 Volts with output, Voltage stabilized at 415 V +/- 2.5% and minimum speed of Voltage Correction of 8 volts per sec with surge suppressor provided in stabilizer, efficiency 98%, Lamination : CRGO, Protection: Over Voltage, Under Voltage and Single Phasing, Protection with Indication : For Input Voltage High/Low, by-pass arrangement with indication, Metering: AC Voltmeter and Ammeter with Selector Switch, Dimmerstat: Motorised Type, Dielectric Test: 1.5 KV RMS for 1 minute, Insulation Resistance: above 5 M ohms at 500 V DC, Transformer Oil: Conforming to IS/ 335, Stabilizer Conforming to IS 9815 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm × 600 mm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 m by earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and PCC pit type C1 (1:3:6) in cement concrete & 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round Bar @ 75 mm C/C bothy ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth strip protection upto 7.5 M length etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of indoor type floor mounted cubical made out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick (CPRI approved), IP 48 with lockable doors on both front and rear side duly painted internally and externally with powder coated, fixing in position by provision of platform/pillars upto the height of 0.5mtr suitable size built with brick work in CM (1:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) and connections of existing including glands, lugs, thimbles for all incoming and outgoing cables and incorporating the following equipments complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) ACB, 4 Pole Electrical draw out type, 1600Amps, 50KA breaking capacity , 415 Volts with programable electronic protective relays for OL, SC, EL etc. with digital display complete with in-built CTs, auxilay contacts, internal wiring, arrangement of mannual and motorised spring charge arrangement complete with standar accessories. (b) Copper bus bar of 2400Amps for phase and 1600Amps for neutral of suitable length duly fixed on DMC insulator for both incoming and outgoing connection.
