Supply and fixing of wall / floor mounting type powder coated stand suitable for mounting of out door unit of Split AC as per manufactur's recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 25 mm dia unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 100 Kg per Sqcm fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors including chase cutting on wall and making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one No. single pole MCB 25 Ampere capacity 240 Volts as per Cat. S & F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty two single core 4.00 Sqmm size (Nominal Area) PVC insulated (FRLS) copper multi-stranded conductor cable as in sub main wiring, drawn into & including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia including its all accessories & fittings, fixed concealed with and including chase cutting and making good the same as per existing specifications along with a continuous run of 2.50 Sqmm size (Nominal size) stranded copper conductor PVC insulated (FRLS) (green colour) cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - TWO SINGLE CORE CABLES ALONG WITH EARTH WIRE AND PVC CONDUIT SHALL BE MEASURED AS ONE UNIT LENGTH.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, trenches for laying of water tubing or cables etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 1100 volts grade three single core flexible having 2.50 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor cable each, PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed round flexible connection wire as in electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of shock proof, rust proof, fire retardant non transparent Kiosk pole box of size 310 X 210 X 120 mm made of Engeineering plastic one piece moulding, for out door duty, with four Nos. of insulated aluminium bus bar of 60 Ampere capacity mounted on unbreakable insulators, 10 Ampere MCB SP with aluminium lugs of suitable size upto 50 Sqmm including 02 Nos. 40X3 mm flat iron clamps duly painted both side with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, necessary suitable size nut-bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / ducts, passing through pipe / fixing on poles 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core LT cable (heavy duty), XLPE insulated served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor cable including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying of course sand free from sharp materials as in filling in trenches for cable protection, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable and 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well brunt sub class 'B' old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making horizontal hole by mechanical Boring under hard standing, pavements or roads for insertion of GI pipes 32 to 40 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 32 mm bore light grade galvanised iron tubing with all necessary GI fittings as in protection pipe of cable laid in trenches or fixed to pole or other vertical surface or for insertion in horizental boring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / ducts, passing through pipe / fixing on poles or on wall surface with saddles, 1100 volts grade 08 single core flexible having 1.50 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor cable each, PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed round flexible connection wire as in electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made V TPN DBs-DPX-160 MCCB DB's, 8 way, IP-43 protection-IK09 with metal door with 160 Amps copper busbar with 2 neutral busbar, earth bar cables ties for cable management fully insulated busbar with set of wires and door earthing for provision of DPX 160 MCCB and incomer and SP/TP MCB's as outgoing complete all as specified and directed. S & F of 50 mm bore light grade galvanised iron tubing with all necessary GI fittings as in protection pipe of cable laid in trenches or fixed to pole or other vertical surface or for insertion in horizental boring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of GI nut-bolts, washer and check nuts etc., all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part–I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel TMT bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore including testing on completion of job complete all as specified and directed. S & F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty 04 single core 10.00 Sqmm size, PVC insulated (FRLS) copper multi-stranded conductor cable as in sub main wiring, drawn into & including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 40 mm dia including its all accessories & fittings, fixed concealed with and including chase cutting and making good the same as per existing specifications along with 02 continuous run of 6.00 Sqmm size, multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated (FRLS) (green colour) cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - 04 SINGLE CORE CABLES ALONG WITH 02 EARTH WIRE AND PVC CONDUIT SHALL BE MEASURED AS ONE UNIT LENGTH.

Part No. 607711 of Legrand or Cat. Part No. A9HSND08 of SCHNEIDER or Cat. Part No. CSD BSPNDD08 of C&S complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one 15 Ampere socket outlet point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 2.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including PVC Casing-N-Capping of minimum 20 mm size size with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed on surface and making good as per existing and sunk cast iron or 1.2 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
