M&L for cutting the edges of any type of joints by raking out old sealing compound from existing joints to Tarmac to full depth as required (avarage depth 35mm) and removing old filled sealing compound from the joints by means of compressed air and filled joints as follows :- Note : (i) The finished level of sealed joints shall be on and avarage 3mm below the top surface of slab pavement,. Contractors quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of filling of joints 3mm below the surface of concrete pavement. No price adjustment shall be made on this account and no any claim entertained at later stage.Any type of joints (12 to 18 mm i.e. avarage width 15 mm depth of 10mm sealing compound, and left filled with baker rod out of avarage 35mm depth) sealing compound shall be Bostik "seal N flex - 1 " or equivalent, single componant Bostik Polyurethane sealant confirming to BS- 5212 with minimum movement accommodation factor of 30% when tested as per ASTM C-719, The sealent shall have shore a hardness 25 and elongation at break of grater than 900%. M & L for Construction of Soakage well for 1.800 m dia( internal dia ) & 4.50 m (effective depth ) including necessary excavation in earth work in any type of soil , plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation , brick work in cement mortar 1:4 in walls & honey combed brick wall , reinforced cement concrete M-25 ( design mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast cover slab having 8 mm dia TMT bar reinforced , plain cement concrete band and dwarf wall, form work to sides and soffits of RCC slab & filling with brick bats loose filling complete complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in manholes / drain cover including chamfered angle, weathering and throating with and including use and waste of necessary form work, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Boring of holes under road,pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including providing RCC hume pipe 600mm dia all as specified and directed.

M & L for 200 mm thick spread thickness) of granular sub-base grade-II (GSB) ,laid in two layers of 115 mm (spread thickness), each layer spread rolled with motor grade using stone aggregate of grading as specified in MORTH specification, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Cost of rolling and and compaction of filled granular sub base is also deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under this item. (b) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (c) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions to achieve 98% of modified proctor density. (d) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (e) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/checked for suitability to use . The lead/royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/adjustment for increase in lead or rate of royalty due to whatsoever reason shall be admissible on this account. (f) Contractor shall use vibratory earth compactor in liew of power roller to achieve 98% modified proctor density (MPD) at OMC without any extra cost and method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting max density at OMC. (g) Forming embankment shall be as per MORTH specifications as detailed in particular specifications.

M&L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix macadam(WMM) , laid in two layers of 100mm each layer (compacted thickness), spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required including necessary lateral support and formwork, if required using crushed stone, coarse aggregate of maximum size 40 mm of grading as specified type igneous rock such as granite/trap/basalt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC)(compacted thickness) shall be M-15 of seven days compressive strength as 10 N/Sqmm (10 MPA)design mix (using OPC 43 grade & content of cement minimum 250 Kg/Cum) including necessary form work ,rolling & compaction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 400 micron thick HDPE sheet transparent of virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS-2508 over sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Minimum overlap should be 150 mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for this overlapping. (ii)sand layer shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

M&L for 200 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC)as per design laid with fixed form paver using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 40 kg/Sq.cm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement (minimum cement constant shall be 400 Kg /Cum) or as per manufacture instructions laid to level, gradient and camber including necessary form work ,belting & brooming complete all as specified and directed. Note: Non circular/triangular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid seperately.Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints (Contraction joints) and exponsion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for exponsion joints. (c) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (d) Cost of admixtures . fibers to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint to full depth of pavemnt concrete slab as per shape and section shown on drawing (depth of slab 250mm) and primed and filled with compressible filler board(silflex Dura board HD 100 of Supreme make or equivalent as approved GE) and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10 mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurethane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as shown on drawing and specified and directed (including cutting edge of existing pavement for forming expansion joint between existing and new slab if required). Note:- Expansion joints shall be provided at spacing not exceeding 36m, as direced by GE. The expansion joints shall be cut to full depth and shall be formed as described herein above locations directed by GE, if the slabs are casted for longer lengths. The cost of full depth cutting as required for forming expansion Joints at such locations shall also be deemed included in the contractor's quoted rate for above item.

M&L for forming contraction/dummy joint 8mm wide and 17/18mm deep primed and providing a 10mm dia polysterene backup rod/debonding strip and 13mm primed sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurathane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3mm wide saw cut up to 85mm depth complete all as shown on drawing and specified and as directed. Note:- Joint filling operation shall be carried out mechanically by the rep of manufacturer of sealant.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 17/18mm deep primed and providing a 10mm dia polysterene backup rod/debonding strip and top 13mm primed sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurathane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3mm wide saw cut up to 85mm depth complete all as shown on drawing and specified and as directed. Note:- Joint filling operation shall be carried out mechanically by the rep of manufacturer of sealant.

Supply only compressible rubber filler board (Silflex supreme make or equivalent)

M&L for Epoxy Polyurethane flooring system consisting of the following provisions complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Preparation of floor surface, removing oil grease strain, mortars etc.by shot blasting, grinding etc (b) Cleaning the surface as specified here-in-after. (c) Shot blast/diamond grind the entire floor to remove foreign material/carbonate materials if required. (d) Filling the dents and cracks with suitable epoxy putty or mortar followed by application of epoxy primer, if required (v) making existing surface free from dust including making good existing expansion/construction/dummy joints with out disturbing their position. (e) Applying 2 coats of primer "Apcoflor HFP 120" Make- Asian paint of 60 micron each. (f) Applying 2mm thick Apcofloor LSC 3 screed of Asian Paints (g) Aplying 2mm thick (minimum) self levelling finish coat of " Apcoflor EPU SL-2, Make- Asian paints complete all as specified and manufactures instructions. Note :- (i) Entire treatement to be carried out by official applicator of approved product. (ii) Work to be executed in occupied hanger and the work in restricted area.
