Breakdown maintenance work of Condensate Extraction Pump Inspection / cleaning of suction strainer,Replacement of gaskets,Releasing air vent in pipe line and attending minor mechanical related works (OR) decoupling and coupling of motor in case of failure to co-ordinate electrical maintenance work by alignment checking and coupling with the motor, (OR) suction / discharge valve gland packing, renewal / replacement of new valve,if necessary,inspection of cooling water inlet/ outlet pipe line to the mechanical seal for any leakage,attending leakage,inspection of Condensate Return Tank (CRT) for any abnormality and attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Breakdown maintenance work of Closed cooling water pump Inspection/cleaning of 24''suction strainer by dismantling the strainer by removing the fasteners,cleaning and reassembling (OR) inspection of 24''/18'' butterfly valve by replacing / attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work (OR) decoupling and coupling of motor, in case of failure to co-ordinate electrical maintenance work, alignment checking and coupling with the motor, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Inspection of belt tension and replacement of belt if necessary ( Belt will be supplied by the TANGEDCO ) including inspection of flywheel & motor pulley for any damages, alignment checking of motor pulley to flywheel & attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work (OR) decoupling and coupling of motor in case of failure to co - ordinate electrical maintenance work, installation of belt, alignment checking and coupling with the motor, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in - charge.

Breakdown maintenance work of ACC Lube oil pump. Decoupling of ACC Lube oil pump from motor, disassembly of ACC lube oil pump, removing bearings and oil seals, inspection, cleaning and changing bearings, seals if necessary, asssembling of pump, check the operation of pump at workshop, assembling the pump at gear box, couple with motor, alignment checking and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

ACC Gear Box motor pulley coupling & decoupling work: ACC Gear Box motor pulley is removed from the motor shaft and inspected of the pulley bolt with Bushes and the damaged Bushes are replaced by new bushes and the coupling inserted with bolt, coupled with motor and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in – charge.
