Removing doors

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement and trenches with FILLING M.SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing of pre construction Anti termite treatment in foundation, back fill treatment, Top surface of plinth filling, treatment along the perimeter of the building, under and alround of column pits, pile caps, wall trenches, and basement excavation, over top of plinth filling at the junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and surroundings of pipes, and conduits etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers with a guarantee of ten years. The plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment Chemical emulsion / Composition shall be got approved by the departmental officers officers before use on works.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five M.sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, and including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 10 mm thick Plain GYP BOARD FALSE CEILING using G.I. intermediate channel at interval not exceeding 1.10 m using G.I. ceiling angles and ceiling sections at 610mm center along with the pheripheri with 10mm thick tapered edged Gyp board jointed to fiber tape and finishing tone two coat of putty using plaster of paris and finishing with one coat of primer and two coat of super white plastic emulsion with roller finish etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, applying and finishing the new wall surfaces with one coat of plaster of paris putty (white) using best quality colouring pigments. Putty surfaces should be finished smoothly with emery paper as required by the departmental officers etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three P.sand) 10 mm., thick in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Weather shield max exterior paint of approved colour as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before us on work.)

Painting old iron works with two coats of synthetic Enamel paint of approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deprtmental officers.(The paint should be got approved by the Departmental officers, before use on work)

PAINTING the plastered surface using TWO COAT of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) / Acrylic Bound Distemper (ABD) as per the specification of approved colour to give an even shade at the internal walls OVER A PRIMING COAT including scrapping the surface, cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work).

Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-palsticized polyvinyl chloride (Upvc) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm.The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm The profiles should have co-extruded seats. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays,handles should be screwed with self tapping screws.The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outsides. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam. Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45degrees.The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving MS electroplates screws into plug and driving MS electroplates screws into plug etc.,Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.) Foundation and Basement.

WHITE WASHING TWO COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder).

FLOORING with scratch proof cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (EUROCAN TILES) of approved quality and colour of size 305x305x6mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments at 3.00 kg/m2 etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers .

Supplying and fixing in position of approved quality of size 1.20 x 0.60m and 20mm thickness of granite slabs over the cement concrete platform in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) and finishing the joints mixed with colour cement neatly including nozing etc., Complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Stainless steel Handrails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc., complete as directed by the departmental oficers

Labour charges for fixing in position of aluminium anodized partition and galss (using departmental old materials) with necessary glassing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium angle sections etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

DADOOING THE WALLS with Designed GLAZED TILES of SIZE 300 x 200 x 6mm of best approved quality like Johnson or equivalent make laid in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two P.sand) and pointing with the same white cement neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The colour of the tiles should be got approved by the Departmental officers before execution).

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on work etc.,Complete as directed by the departmental officers with a guarantee of ten years.
