Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half M.Sand and three machine broken stone) using 20 mm ISS gauge machine broken HBG metal for RCC works excluding cost and (abrication otreinforcement and centerning shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clampsin the RCC floor or Roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of slab, beam etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claming extra etc as directed by the departmental Officers complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Steel Rolling Shutter Including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly compl

Providing Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed

Paving the floor with marbonite Vetrified tiles of any colour and 300x300mm size laid in cm 1:3 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.40 Kg per Sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required design & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.

The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm.
