The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works costing more than Rs.105.50 lakh under a single agreement in the preceding five years. The bidder should provide details of such works, including the name of the work, location, value of the work as per agreement, and the actual value of work executed as per the final bill. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least one 'Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.105.50 Lakh, including G.S.T, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have an annual turnover of not less than Rs.422.00 Lakh, including G.S.T, per year in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should have executed at least 214 M3 of Reinforced Cement Concrete and 280 Qtl of Steel in any one of the preceding five years. Additionally, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 1 No. (One Number) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Ten years’ experience as Project Manager at site. 2. Site Engineer: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Five years’ experience as Site Engineer at site. 3. Site Supervisor: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with minimum three years’ experience as Site Supervisor at site. The cost of completed works in previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year based on the Rupee value to bring them to the 2025-26 price level. The annual turnover of the Applicant should not be less than Rs.422.00 Lakh including G.S.T amount per year in any one of the preceding “Five” Years, which is equivalent to 50% of VPT and VPT x 12 / POC x 1.50 respectively.
