The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 1 No. (One Number) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Ten years’ experience as Project Manager at site. - Site Engineer: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Five years’ experience as Site Engineer at site. - Site Supervisor: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with minimum three years’ experience as Site Supervisor at site. The bidder should have completed at least one 'Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.228.00 Lakh (Rupees Two hundred and twenty eight Lakhs) including G.S.T under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding five years. The annual turnover of the applicant should not be less than Rs.820.80 Lakh including G.S.T amount per year in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should have also executed specific individual items of works, including 16,150 MT of stone, as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. The cost of completed works in previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year based on the Rupee value to bring them to the 2025-26 price level. The bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of specialization.
