The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works costing more than Rs.117.50 LAKH under a single agreement in the preceding five years. The bidder should provide details of such works, including the name of the work, location, value of the work as per agreement, and the actual value of work executed as per the final bill. The bidder should have completed at least one 'Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.117.50 Lakh, including G.S.T, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 235.00 Lakhs, in any one of the preceding five years. For two works, the value should be not less than 25% of the proposed contract value, which is 25% of Rs. 235.00 Lakhs. The annual turnover of the applicant should not be less than Rs.470.00 Lakh, including G.S.T, per year in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have experience of minimum of five years in the Civil Engineering Construction field and executed specific quantities of work, including 213 M3 of Rcc Concrete and 285 Qtl of Steel, as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the alternative condition of completing two works with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value. The cost of completed works in previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the 2025-26 price level.
