The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 1 No. (One Number) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Ten years’ experience as Project Manager at site. 2. Site Engineer: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) B.E. (Civil) with minimum Five years’ experience as Site Engineer at site. 3. Site Supervisor: 2 Nos. (Two Numbers) Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with minimum three years’ experience as Site Supervisor at site. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs.232.50 LAKH under a single agreement in the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding 5 (Five) years. The bidder should have completed a dredging work of 36,915 Cum as a prime contractor in any one of the years in the preceding 'Five' years. The annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs.930.00 Lakh (Rupees Nine hundred and Thirty Lakhs) per year in any one of the preceding "Five" Years. The bidder should have working capital and furnish Liquid Assets and or Credit facilities of not less than Rs.155.00 Lakh (Rupees One hundred and Fifty five Lakhs). The bidder should have a minimum issued and called up Share capital plus capital reserves equal to at least 20% of the value of work for Rs.93.00 lakhs (Rupees Ninety three lakhs). The contract value is approximately Rs. 465.00 Lakhs, with the following percentage of work to be completed based on contract lump sum amount: - 1st Mile Stone: 30% to be completed in the 1st month to 3rd month - 2nd Mile Stone: 60% to be completed in the 4th month to 6th month - 3rd Mile Stone: 100% to be completed in the 7th month to 9th month.
