The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works costing more than Rs.1045.00 lakh under a single agreement in the preceding five years. The bidder should have completed original construction works, excluding repairs or improvements to existing structures. For technical personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project Manager: 1 person with B.E. (Civil) and minimum 10 years' experience - Site Engineer: 2 people with B.E. (Civil) and minimum 5 years' experience - Site Supervisor: 4 people with Diploma in Civil Engineering and minimum 3 years' experience The bidder should have executed certain mandatory works as a prime contractor in the preceding five years, including stone breakwater/groynes in marine work of 25,922 MT and Tetra pod / Coreloc (4T and above) in marine work of 12,616 Cum. The value of the work completed should be mentioned, and the bidder should provide details of the works completed in the preceding five years, including the value of the work completed. Alternatively, the bidder can have two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding 5 years. The cost of completed works in previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the 2025-26 price level. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one individual Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.1045.00 Lakh (Rupees One thousand and forty five Lakhs) including G.S.T under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding “Five” years. The annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs.1567.50 Lakh including G.S.T amount per year in any one of the preceding 5 years.
