The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of civil engineering construction works completed in the preceding five years. The bidder is required to provide information on similar works costing more than Rs.450.50 lakh under a single agreement completed in the preceding five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: 1. M35 Grade of Concrete: 579 M3 2. Pile Boring: 403 Rm 3. Steel: 813 Qtl 4. MS Liner: 481 RM The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one individual Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.450.50 Lakh under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding 5 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of experience as a Project Manager at site, with a B.E. (Civil) degree. 2. Site Engineer: 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer at site, with a B.E. (Civil) degree. 3. Site Supervisor: 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor at site, with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. The annual turnover of the applicant should not be less than Rs.1474.36 Lakh including G.S.T, per year in any one of the preceding five years. The working capital should be not less than Rs.245.72 Lakh. The value of contract is Rs.901.00 Lakhs. The percentage of work to be completed at different stages is as follows: - 1st Mile Stone: 25% - 2nd Mile Stone: 50% - 3rd Mile Stone: 75% - 4th Mile Stone: 100% The cost of completed works on previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the Rupee value to bring them to 2025-26 price level. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. The formula for calculating the available bid capacity is: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A X N X 1.5 – B) Where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works.
