The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of civil engineering construction works completed in the preceding five years, with a value of more than Rs.1159.50 Lakh under a single agreement. The bidder needs to provide information on similar works, including the name of the work, location, value of the work, name of the employer, agreement number, period of completion, and time actually taken to complete the work. The bidder should have completed at least one individual Civil Engineering work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.1159.50 Lakh, including G.S.T, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder can have two works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have executed specific individual items of works, including Stone Break water/ Groynes in marine work (56,850 MT) and Tetra pod / Coreloc (4T and above) in marine work (258 Cum), as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. The annual turnover of the applicant should not be less than Rs.1739.25 Lakh, including G.S.T, per year in any one of the preceding five years. The cost of completed works in previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the Rupee value to bring them to the 2025-26 price level. The required prior work experience for technical personnel includes: - Project Manager: 1 person with B.E. (Civil) and minimum 10 years' experience - Site Engineer: 2 people with B.E. (Civil) and minimum 5 years' experience - Site Supervisor: 4 people with Diploma in Civil Engineering and minimum 3 years' experience No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have completed at least one work with a value not less than 50% of VPT or two works with a value not less than 25% of the proposed contract value.
