Providing and laying Tack coat 2.5Kg per 10sqm over WMM Surface using of Emulsion Biumen ( RS 1) and cost emulsion bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appeneded labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanicla sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc complete standard specification As per clause 503 of MORTH Rev - 5 Specification.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 50.3 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and Laying of Well Gravel including cost and conveyence of the same to work site with an lead of 7Km including Stacking the same to Departmental gauge for Premeasurement including all labour charges for Laying, Spreading etc, Complete and directed by the Departmental Engineer for making up low berms complying with standard Specifications.

Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10

Plain cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound f2.5mm thick including refllectorising glass beads @ 250grms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes etc., complete as per MORT & H Specification NO.803
