[MoRTH specification clause 507, 112], Grading II (19mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 4.5% of mix (VG-30 grade) & thickness 50-75mm)

Providing andlaying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E. loader and hot mixing of binder and 2% cement filler with aggregates in approved hot mix plant as epr clause 6.5 of manual transporting the misx material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clouse 507.3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN, TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH specification clause 509, 112), Grade-I Bitumen @ 5.5% of mix with lead of mix material 1 KM, VG-30 grade

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as epr table 800-3, 800-4 a[[;oed omimofpr, tjoclmeess of at least 2.5 mm and spread in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arragnement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceedign 150mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured). as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2, For grading-II with CBR value not less than 25 to attain 100% proctor density.

Raised Pavement Marker (Cats Eyes) : Supplying and fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate nd ABS moulded body and reflectivbe panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lenss face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Sopecification of Category A of MoRTH Circular No. RW/NW/33023/10-97-DO III Dt 11.06.1997. The height, width and lenght shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree, The strenght of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be minimum value of 700Kgf. Fixign will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by teh engineer. Teh contractor shall submit 2 year pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacture for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission
