Note:- 1 The contractor shall deploy required no. USWs (Beldars) daily (Excluding Rests /holidays) for the work as per list attached. 2. Necessary T&P/Consumable items will be arranged by the contractor. 3. Anything affecting rates mentioned anywhere else than this proforma shall not be entertained at any cost and shall be ignored for all purposes. 4. The above rates should be exclusive of Labour Cess, Bonus, retrenchment compensation& GST.
5. ESI will be paid extra if applicable.
6. In case the work found to be unsatisfactory, the Engineer-in-charge may reduce the job rate paid partially and fully accordingly.
7. The contractor shall pay minimum wages, EPF and other taxes as admissible by PSPCL from time to time.
