Construction & erection of 11/0.416 KV 100 KVA Star rated DP Sub-station confirming to RE Rule 1956. Mounted on 2.44 mtr long structure, supported on 9 mtr long PSC Pole. Transformer Hard Channel & top Channel made of 2.8 mtr long 100×50×6 mm size MS Channel, transformer belting on 2.80 mtr long 50×50×5 mm size, M.S.Angle, (all REC SPN Std F-3), with all accessories like 3 pole 11 KV H.G.Fuse(F-5) & A.B.Switches (F-9) both mounted on 2.8 mtr long 75×40×6 mm size M.S.Channel & supported by 1.0 mtr long 50×50×5 mm M.S.angle, with 3 Nos 11 KV lightening Arrestor & Distribution box for 63 KVA S/S mounted on Box (75×40×6 mm) 2.5 mtr long pipe earthing (F-2) including cost of 50 sqmm 3.5 core L.T.Cable connecting the supply line with 55 sqm AAA conductor, providing 18mm G.I.HT Stay as required carping & padding of poles, danger board at each pole, Anti climbing device,boundary fencing size (2.4m ×3.60m) with 10Nos RCC Pillars & barbed wires 10 rounds Grill gate with locking arrangment with metal spreading of the sub-station & all other necessary fittings i.e. required size of nuts & bolts brackets, cable, cable sockets etc including cost of all labours transportation complete with liassion for testing, Inspection & commissioning & writing on the poles as per prescribe colour code etc. complete as per the direction of the site Engineer-in-charges.

Construction of 3 phase 11 KV line as per REC standard confirming to RE Rules with 9 mtr long PSC pole support in 70 mtr span, 55 sqm AAA conductor, 11 KV ''V'' Cross-Arm, required stay set at bending point & double stay at end point with 18 mm G.I.H.T. stay, with required numbers of 11 KV T&C Disk Insulator & 11 KV Pin-Insulator, providing coil earthing at each pole, carping & padding of poles, danger board at each pole with Anti Climbing device etc. including cost of all labours, Inspection & commissioning & writing on the poles as per prescribed colour code etc. complete as per the direction of the site engineer-in-charge.

Construction of 3 phase, 4 wire LT line as per REC standard confirming to RE Rules 1956 with 8 mtr long PSC pole support in 50 mtr span, 3×35 + 1×25 sqmm AB Cable, required numbers of 16 mm LT GI stay-set at bending point & double stay at end point with required numbrs of suspension clamp, dead end clamp & LT stay Insulator, providing coil earthing at each pole, carping & pedding of poles, danger board at each pole with Anti climbing device etc. including cost of other fittings, petty materials, all labours with liasion for inspection & commissioning & writing on the pole as per the direction of the site engineer-in-charge.
