SCH A Part-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK)

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Item No 1 : M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core with suitable cable glands as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 2 : Material and labour Road/PCC/Drain cutting for laying GI Pipe and making good to the disturbed surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI by using 20mm graded aggregate to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Item No 3 : M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper counductor single core conforming to IS : 694 including medium duty concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS : 9537 ( Part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal boxes not less than 2 mm thick of reqd. size (factory made) including painting terminal boxes inside and outside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of required colour,complete with all accessories and all as specified including PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS : 694 of green colour as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same concealed conduit complete for the following :-

(a) One light /building security light point controlled by one switch

(b) One light point controlled by two switch single pole two way

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 Amps on an independent board controlled by one switch .

Item No 6 : Supply and fixing exhaust fan of 380 mm sweep single phase 230 V AC 900 RPM, light duty with louvered shutters and of metal body and connecting the fan to ceiling rose incluiding provn of three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 7 : Supply and fixing exhaust fan of 250 mm sweep single phase 230 V AC 900 RPM, light duty with louvered shutters and of metal body and connecting the fan to ceiling rose incluiding provn of three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 8 : S&F LED Wall / Surface mounted Batton and tube rod integrated channel CRCA body, powder coated white regal batten type luminaire pre-wired for T8 LED tube light. 1x18/20W LED T8 6000K complete all as specified and as directed. Item No 9 : S&F LED recessed mounted type downlighter pre-wired for 10 Watt LED with the option for dimming solutions complete all as specified and as directed. Make Philips CAT No DN 392BLED10S-6500 PSUWH or equivalent in makes specified in list of makes.

Item No 10 : LED Security light luminaire, 20 Watt, IP66 protection, Pressure die cast, aluminium housing with including necessary connections, bracket for security light fittings made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI tubing 1.5 m long bent to shape complete all as specified and directed. including testing on completion.

Item No 11 : M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire of 4 mm dia (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement both ways, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering complete all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Item No 12 : Sub main wiring with 04 runs of 6.0 sqmm and 02 runs of 4.0 sqmm , HRFRLS, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, ISI Marked, drawing through and including PVC rigid conduit not less than 20mm dia. complete with necessary fittings such as junction boxes couplings, unions bends reducers, inspection elbows, plugs, sealing condulets eyc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note: 4 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and 2 runs of 4 Sqmm cable with one run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM).

Item No 13 : S&F sheet metal enclosure double door type for DB with MCBs & MCCB 32 Amp (as incomer) & MCB SP/TP (as outgoing) to be used, VTPN, 4 ways, 415 V with bus bar fixed properly on in concealed position and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs of cables/wires all as directed.

Item No 14 : S&F double door metallic sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used TPN, 4 ways, 415Volts (horizontal type) with 200 Amps rated bus bar suitbale for 25 Amps TPN MCB/ 4 pole Isolator fixed properly on in conealed position on wall and surface position on trusses and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs for cables/wires complete all as directed.

Item No 15 : MCCB 32 Amps , 4P , 415 V , 25KA , complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 16 : MCCB 25 Amps, 4P , 415 V , 10KA , having C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

PILE WORK

Item No 18 : M&L for Boring for 600mm dia bored cast in situ pile in any strata except hard rock using DMC method (Direct Mud Circulation) and getting out and disposal of spoil to a place out side MD land, up to a distance exceeding 1.5km and not exceeding 5km outside after making liaison / permission from Paradeep Port Trust / Local civic bodies by contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 19 : Carrying out initial load testing (Compression Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 20 : Carrying out initial load testing (Pullout Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 21 : Carrying out initial load testing (Lateral Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 22 : Carrying out routine load testing (Compression Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 23 : Carrying out routine load testing (Pullout Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 24 : Carrying out routine load testing (Lateral Test ) on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed, including necessary anchoring and support piles of suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

Item No 25 : Carrying out Pile Integrity Test on 600 mm dia piles all as per IS and as directed.

Item No 26 : Chipping out pile upto cut off level including initial load disposal upto a distance of 50M all as specified and directed
