Item No.5 :- Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete (excluding royalty of material) (R.A.5)

Item No.5 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including shuttering, compacting, curing, etc. complete with an initial lead of 50 m. and lift of 1.5 m (20MSA)

Item No.6 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of abutments, transition walls, coloumns, beams and slabs, diaphram walls, Road slabs trough ( Box Culvert) trough for aquiduct, wearing coat,etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with an initial lead of 50 m. and lift of 1.5 m.

Item No 7 : Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-2 class of 900mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. Complete. A ) NP-2 class of 900mm diameter

B ) NP-2 class of 1200mm diameter

Item No 9 : Manufacturing, Providing and Supplying spirally welded / ERW / SAW / fabricated M.S. pipes (Commercial Quality) made out of MS plate conforming to IS 2062:1992 including procurement of plates, gas cutting to required size, rolling, tack welding, assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes, all continuous spiral/circumferencial and longitudinal welding to form a pipe on automatic welding machine using electrodes having weldmark E7018 (Low Hydrogen electrodes) and forming 'V' edge on both ends of pipes, VAT and Excise Duty on materials required, third party inspection charges insurance, ,lowering and laying to correct position on prepared bedding or on pedestals or chairs, field hydraulic testing at specified test pressure as per IS 5822: 1994 sec 11,field welding to join pipes after laying, Radiographic ( 5%) and ultrasonic ( 10%) testing of welds including all equipments submitting report, expert personnel required for testing, interpreting and submitting report along with develop film where applicable, all incidental charges etc complete as per IS - 3589:2001 and as per specifications (No negative Tolerance in thickness is permissible).

Item No 10 : Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the external surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex-B of IS 3589:2001, preferably by airless spray with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer (90 % zink (DFT 40 micron , coverage 9 Sqm / lit) and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint (DFT 120 X 2 micron coverage 5 Sqm / Lit / coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge by sand blasting / scraping removing oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material , labour with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Item No 11 : Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the interior surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex - B of IS 3589:2001, preferably by airless spray with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer (90% zink ,DFT 40 micron , coverage 9 Sqm / lit) and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint (DFT 120 X 3 micron coverage 5 Sqm/Lit/coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge by sand blasting /chemical cleaning / scraping removing oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material, labour with all leads and lifts etc. complete. (Qty. of sand 3cum/100sq.mtr.)

Item No 12 : Providing 'X' Ray Quality M.S, Welding in all positions with required number of runs, for M.S. Pipes internally and / or externally including guaging wherever necessary, fixing appurtenances and other accessories in connection with pipe laying work as per specification, using electrodes having weldmark E7018 (Low hydrogen electrodes), including Surface preparation (i.e. Removal of scale, cleaning, etc.) includig all materials, labour, equipments, etc. complete.

Item No 13 : Back filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc. complete (without royalty) with suitable material of approved quality in layers not exceeding 20 cm without disturbing the structure etc. complete.
