Supply and installation of vibrating wire/ MEMS biaxial type Tilt meter with stainless steel enclosure, sensor mounting support, IP68 or NEMA-4 protection, 4 core shielded cables and other accessories as required and as per specifications and connecting to the data transmission system for obtaining the data in the data centre. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Supply and installation of vibrating wire type Joint meter/ Crack meter with stainless steel enclosure, sensor mounting support, IP68 or NEMA-4 protection, cables and other accessories as required and as per specifications and connecting to the data transmission system for obtaining the data in the data centre. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Supply and installation of mechanical, vibrating wire type Uplift pressure meter with stainless steel enclosure, sensor mounting support, IP68 or NEMA-4 protection, cables and other accessories as required and as per specifications and connecting to the data transmission system for obtaining the data in the data centre. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Supply and installation of V-Notch weir to measure the flow rate in the channel both electronically and mechanically with all accessories required to transmit the output proportional to the water level to the observation room through a four core jelly filled cable. The Notch shall be graduated to measure the flow directly. It shall be conforming to the specifications. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Supply and installation of Strong Motion Accelerograph with built in acquistion module, GPS Set pole & antenna, data logger, cables and other accessories as required and as per Technical specifications and connecting to the data transmission system for obtaining the data in the data centre. Total cost of the item shall include charges for supply, installation, transportation, programming, testing and commissioning including providing training, documentation and technical support upto the final acceptance of the equipment as per specifications and conditions of contract.

Supplying, laying and wiring all power cables and data cables wherever required for connecting instruments with data collection, transmission equipment, antenna including laying them in conduits, wiring and clamping to walls, laying underground, providing terminal switches and connections, cutting concrete and making good, all earth excavation and backfilling required etc. complete for connecting all equipments of one dam

Supply and installation of Power supply for Data Terminal Equipment (data collecting Unit) ,GPRS modem/ VSAT , all sensors and meters with backup power supply with suitable rating and capacity for 5 hours in case of failure of ac power supply and 5 year warranty

Supply & installation of items/equipments required for Surge Protection, Earthing, Lightening Protection as per relevant standards.

CENTRAL MONITORING STATION AT DAM SAFETY ORGANIZATION AT PALLOM- Providing and Establishing Dam Management System(DMS) at Research & Dam Safety Organisation Office located at Pallom, Kottayam (excluding cost of Civil works) and shall include Design ,supply, installation, testing, commissioning of real time DAM MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE capable of processing and managing data as decribed in specification from 19 dam sites &AWS.The software shall be able to perform all functions described in specification. Further updates and patches shall be provided without any additional cost for a period of 5 years. The software shall be able to communicate with Data terminal equipments at 19 Dam sites in IEC 60870-5-104 protocol simultaneously.The software shall be able to exchange data with other control centers in ICCP and other latest protocols.Data display functions shall be available in software to display data in Large LED Displays and VPD system.Licence to use and software keys shall be handed over to the owner at the time of final acceptance. Repair, management , upgradation , inclusion of new dam sites shall be contractors responsibility for a period of 5 years. All softwares of DMS system provided , including the Operating system, Database and support software, shall comply with the industry-accepted software standards. In areas where these organizations have not yet set standards, the software shall comply with those widely accepted defacto standards put forth by industry consortiums, such as OSF and X/Open. TheRDBMS and support softwares (programming language compilers, database development and maintenance, display development, network services,Report generation, diagnostics and Backup utilities) provided by Contractor and the original software manufacturer as necessary to support the applications of DMS system.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of hardware for DMS includes DMS (Dam Manegement system) server, database server, Historian server, Communication Front End (CFE),web server,MODEMs for communication,internal and external fire wall, Engineering Laptop,Laser printers, work stations,55" Commercial HD LCD with LED backlit (PP switches, Routers, cables , ac power distribution from online ups DB s, GPS system for time synchronisation, LAN cables, POWER cables, earthing, metal cabinets of suitable IP standard and exhaust fans for installation of switches, routers, servers,etc. .The hardware and software for DMS shall meet 24/7 operational requirements that all equipments such as Servers to perform functions of Communication Front End, Database server, Storage servers sufficient for 30 years, Web Server with internal and external firewalls, Operator Console, work station, Display units, backup servers,routers, printers, etc. The Supply shall include all accessories such as Servers to perform functions of a Communication Front End, Database server, Storage servers sufficient for 30 years, Web Server with internal and external firewalls, Operator Console, work station, Display units, server software backup servers,routers, racks, printers, etc. and connecting all the data collection units established at Field units for compiling the data collected at collection units for storage and retrieving when ever found necessary and shall be conforming to the specifications

supply , installation, testing, commissioning of a back up data server at dam safety division Vazhathope, Idukki disrict which shall be a replica of the data back up server at dam safetyOrganisation Head quartes at Pallom including providing a UPS of minimum 700VA and capacity for 6 hrs in case of power failure with 5 years warantee . The backup server shall automatically update any changes at Data base server at Pallom& shall store per minute snap shot in such a way that the DMS at Pallom shall function without interuption

Design , supply , installation, testing, commissioning of Data Terminal Equipment (DTE) as detailed in specification for data collection and transmission in IEC60870-5-104, shall be provided with metal cabinet, front glass door, wall mounting type, with power supply, field cable terminal blocks, heater, light, GPRS modem,all cabling from sensors and meters, modem power supply, antenna, lock and key. The DTE shall have sufficient number of analog and digital data input for data processing and CPU with latest firmware version . The DTE shall be of latest version from a reputed manufacturer.All programming parameters and users manual shall be in English language. One Laptop for programming with support software also shall be provided for entire supply. Additional spare inputs shall be provided for adding additional instruments later as per detailed specifications and including complete wiring and commissioning etc complete as per specifications

Data integration and End to end testing of collected data at Dam Management System from 19 Dam sites and all AWS . Display of real time data in the existing video wall, cables, accessories and programing also included.

Providing communication channels of sufficient bandwidth between DMS at DSO Head quarters and Data terminal equipment at 19 Dam sites. The communication channel shall be of GPRS leased line or VSAT where GPRS signals are not available. The communication channel shall offer disturbance free communication in IEC 60870-5-104 protocol and updation of data within 6 seconds.The cost for arranging and maintaining the channels for five years is included. Terminal equipments and its power supply for communication channel shall also be provided.

Supply and installation of online UPS and battery for main control room at Pallom with suitable rating and capacity with 2 hours backup,output Distribution panel with MCBs of sufficient rating, input Distributiotion panel with 2 AC power supply source and 1 Diesel generator source,NO/NC contacts for alarm integration, shall offer 24/7 operation and 5 year warranty

Related services during Warranty/ Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Contract Period Charges for related services during the warranty including cost for comprehensive operation and maintenance of entire network for 5 years and the cost of all spares required to be replaced and maintenance cost upto the end of AMC period are included. Training to be imparted during the period as per Conditions of Contract . (Amount for AMC for a period of five years)
