The carcass shall be 18mm thick PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood) of approved colour. Providing and fixing graphic films in the following specification :The graphic film should be high quality Non PVC film of thickness not more than 90 Microns without adhesive when measured using ASTM 03652 standard. The film should be certified as Green Guard Gold by the Underwriters laboratory. The Adhesive of the film should be a Grey colored pigmented adhesive and it shall stick, without the use of an activator such as solvents or heat on any metallic and painted, primed, polished and Clean surfaces free from any grease or silicone without producing wrinkles, rolling up, tearing or detaching. The adhesive of the film should be a pressure activated adhesive providing repositionability and has in built air release channels to provide a bubble free application. The liner of the Film should be a high quality Paper liner which has a polyethylene coating on both sides to provide excellent lay flatness while converting. The Graphic film should not contain any Heavy metals in its construction and should be compliant with the limits of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and its Subsequent amendments. The Film should not contain at greater than 0.1% by weight a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) substance identified according to Article 59 of REACH. The film should have fire retardant properties and should have a category of 1 A when tested as per ASTM E 84 standard of flammability testing. The Film should be compliant with EN 13501 for Flame retardancy and should have a minimum Category of “B” under Fire behavior , “ S” under smoke and “D0” for burning. The name of the manufacturer / brand should be clearly displayed on the liner. The film should be printed using a recommended printing platform(Latex or UV), applied with a suitable overlaminate film which should be a high Quality Non PVC clear overlaminate of thickness not more than 60 Microns for protection of the Printed graphic.The graphic flim should be of approved make and colour.
