Providing, fabricating, assembling, hoisting / erecting and fixing in position at all heights and with all leads, structural steel hollow and built up sections all as per structural drawings and as per detailed CPWD specifications (for materials & workmanship) in the situations described hereinafter including the submission of fabrication drawings for work involved based on construction drawings for approval by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of welding. The fabrication work shall start only after approval of the fabrication drawings. Any change required in the fabrication drawings shall be carried out at no extra cost. Fabrication shall be in a perfect Architectural workmanship manner and as provided in Section V & VI of IS 800 & IS 7215. Electrodes for welding, the procedure, selection, test and inspection shall confirm to provisions in IS 816, IS 818, IS 822, & IS 833. Erection/ hoisting shall commence only after passing of fabricated parts by the Engineer-in-charge. Cost to include application of two coats of Enamel paint with Zinc primer to give even finish.

Supply & fixing of colour coated roofing profile sheet of Tata BlueScope / Jindal or approved equivalent, nominal 980 to 1020 mm effective cover width and nominal 28 to 30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the 5 pans at nominal 190 to 210 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The feed material to be manufactured from 0.55 mm Base Metal Thickness (0.60 mm TCT), min. 550 MPa yield strength coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy coating (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si - Zincalume), AZ150 (min. 150 gm/ m2 total on both sides) confirming to AS 1397 / ASTM A 792M / IS15961 with approved equivalent quality paint.Including cost of self drilling screws of required size and approved quality. The steel manufacturers test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted to the concerned authority prior to installation.

Providing & fixing flashings / ridges, wall cappings made from plain sheet of same specification as of corrugated sheets of required length, shape & size as per the detailed drawings/ directions of in-charge site Engineer with necessary fasteners.
